Loved that the hotel was minutes from the cruise port, staff was friendly, and room big size!
Pros:

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I loved the size of the room we had and free parking and also loved how close the hotel was to the cruise port. It was also fairly close to the beach, although we did not get to make it there during our stay.

Cons:

I felt the rooms and hotel itself was a bit outdated. I also was not told prior to the stay that there would be a $50 hold, which was fine. It was returned back to me within that week.

We got there April 1, 2026 for overnite most nastiest, dirtiest hotel i have ever been in, lobby & hallway walls & rugs like they have never been cleaned, the rugs especially totally gross
Our room #406 literally smelled like piss especially the 2nd bedroom just awful i would have been better at a motel 6

Bad hygiene and unsanitary conditions. Not worth the money.
Pros:

It’s close to the port and the beach which is nice.

Cons:

None of our sheets or pillow cases were clean. We had to request more sheets upon our arrival and the ones they brought us were not clean either. Our carpet was damp and had an old musty smell. Overall quality was not very good considering how much we spent for the room. I recommend spending a little more money for a halfway decent room, somewhere else.

It was in a good location. The staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities just need an update but for the price it isn’t terrible.

Cons:

Just needs updated.
The only real problem we had was the housekeeping. We were there for 7 days and never once did they give us fresh towel or other items that are usually replenished during a stay. We had to constantly go to the front desk.
