Rooms great
No laundromat on facility
The suites were large. I love the set up with a king bed and sm kitchen area in the first room then I'm the second room with two twin beds and the bathroom. The room was large enough for 4 people to be comfortable. The cruise terminal was close.

Reasonably priced. Good location. 24 hr check-in.
The room was VERY cold, but as soon as the AC was turned down, the room became damp (including the carpet). Bedding was not adequate for the cold temperature in the room which made sleeping difficult.
We loved the property’s convenient location, especially how close it was to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the property was overall clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!
The main issue during our stay was finding a live cockroach in the bathroom. When we reported it, we were only offered a $20 refund or the option to be moved to a different property. Since it was already around 11 PM and the hotel was sold out, moving to another property at that time was not a practical option. We were disappointed with how the situation was handled and felt a more appropriate resolution could have been offered.

Musty smell was very strong in the room and it was cold but humid. The AC unit needs cleaned or something.

Nothing. Unfortunately, there was not a single positive aspect to our stay.
Overpowering chemical smell: The entire apartment had a strong chemical odor, likely from a heavy disinfectant or mold treatment. The smell became significantly worse whenever the air conditioning was running, forcing us to turn it off completely to make the air tolerable.
No ventilation: The windows could not be opened at all, making it impossible to air out the space or get fresh air.
Damp carpets: The carpets were wet and damp in several areas throughout the apartment.
