Le rapport qualité et prix.

Cons:

Dans la salle de bain, il faudrait trouver une place pour mettre une brosse de toilettes car il n’y en avait pas. Il faudrait peut-être proposer des petits chaussons pour chaque client pour éviter de marcher pieds nus sur la moquette.

At reception the focus was too much on the computer and not enough attention given to the immediate requirements of someone arriving from far away. But that was remedied later.
