We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palms and highly recommend it if staying in the Hamilton area.

Pros:

Outstanding customer service. Beautiful property. Multiple areas to lounge and relax both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful gardens. Small, pleasant walk into town, with the benefit of being adjacent to being right in the noise of town. Very good food! Central location. I can also highly recommend excursions with the BZS, if you are considering whale watching. Excellent specialist crew!

That I had to leave! Would love to come back & can highly recommend

A lovely, comfortable and relaxing place to stay while exploring the island.
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Lovely, well-kept gardens. Wine hour was a treat! The short walk to the ferry and bus terminals means you can explore the whole island without a car.

Beautiful, cozy, and clean.
Pros:

The location was great to walk into Hamilton. The amenities of the yoga mat, umbrella, and weights were an added bonus as well! The breakfast was nice in the morning.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom could have been better and the pool was freezing. The hall was noisy late and early, but that's hard to mitigate.

Lovely - the excellent quality matched the price.
Pros:

For a cold breakfast, it was very good. Staff were very helpful and kind. Excellent coffee machine. Rooms were cleaned quickly and well. Location (7 minute walk from Hamilton center) was excellent. We would definitely return.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator in our room.

Pros:

All was great. Spacious room, well kept and serviced. The property is beautifully landscaped so even if you are staying for work purposes, you feel like you are away. The pool is right beside the dining room so an after work swim is out of the question if you don’t want to be on display for the diners.
