Receptionist was very welcoming as we stepped in from a busy street. We were even given an early check in which suited us as we could unpack before exploring the city. Our room was on the first floor. The room was very compact although very clean and everything we required. Lovely toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathroom . Large tv , safe and fridge in the room. Minibar reasonably priced and plenty of room for your own items.
Breakfast was lovely with a large variety of items available including various cereals , scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes , fresh fruit and juices etc. etc. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience with a superb location.
Breakfast was vey good - Mia & Niki were very attentive & welcoming. Very nice atmosphere for breakfast!
A solo trip made special by this hotel. The breakfast is top notch, with a lot of things to try and eat. Delicacies that are native to the city.
The receptionists made every day good with their warm smiles especially Kristel. She has made the check-in process seamless and even put a goodie bag the night before my check-out. It's the little things that make you really happy.
I can't wait to be back again!
Amazing food selection and service!
My fiancé and I had such a wonderful time. Great location close to transportation and lots of food. Our service was intentional and thoughtful. Great breakfast spread!
Just had a lovely 3 nights stay. Location was perfect. Near the train station, 10 mins walk to the Duomo Florence and 5 mins walk to the Mercato Centrale.
Room was clean and they have Sky TV for English speaking guests.
Staff were helpful and friendly. A shoutout to Jem who never fails to greet you with a smile at the breakfast area, making sure guests have their coffee to start the day.
10/10. Market Urban Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Florence. Everyone was very kind, the room was very clean, and there was all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was also amazing and my day was made brighter by both Jem and Nika who contributed to the fantastic service. No complaints!

A small but really good hotel in Florence. We went here because of the good reviews, and it didn't disappoint. The room is really clean and well maintained. The only thing maybe is the elevator, the loud sound startled us when we first rode on it.
The receptionists are all really warm and kind, in particular the girl, Kristel. She greeted us with a big smile, and as asians, we felt welcome already. The check-in process is fast. And after all of our questions, she still remained smiley and still ready to help us. 5/5 for her. The best!

This is the 2nd time I stay at market urban hotel. The location is so convenient, the morning breakfast is good. Room is clean
The staff at check in and checkout were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good and again, the breakfast staff (Jessica, Carla, and David) was friendly and helpful. The kids all loved the mini donuts and pastries. Really easy to get to and from SMN station and within 10-15 minute walk of most attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
