Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Parkplatz, keine Möglichkeit einen PKW zu parken. Uns wurde dann angeboten, unseren PKW abzuholen und in einem Parkhaus zu parken. Kosten dafür 50 € je Nacht. Hat alles gut geklappt.

Perfect for my needs
Pros:

I wanted somewhere with easy access to the railway station and major attractions. This was an excellent location and surprisingly quiet. Room was clean and comfortable, although it took me a while to work out how to control the lights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very good, including the early morning breakfast box. There were plenty of gluten free options

Clean, friendly staff, lovely room with great amenities. We wanted a hotel for one night close to the train station-five minute walk there. Centrally located and can walk to most places. Very comfortable bed with wonderful bed linens. We would definitely stay there again!

10/10 in Hospitality and Location!
Pros:

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at The Market Urban Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for getting around the city, and the rooms were comfortable and clean too, which my mom really loved!

What really stood out to us was the genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Kristel, who went out of her way to help us during our stay. She was kind, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for.

It really made our stay feel extra special, and we’ll surely stay here again the next time we’re in Florence.

Top-Notch Hospitality at the Front Desk
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing service from the reception team, especially Kristel and John.

From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Kristel made check-in smooth and easy, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. John was equally helpful, going above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

Their friendliness and willingness to help truly made a difference and gave the hotel a personal touch that you don’t always find. It’s clear they genuinely care about guests and take pride in their work.

I highly recommend this hotel, and I want to thank Kristel and John again for making my stay so pleasant!

Florence in a great location
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center, which was very convenient. It was also very comfortable. The welcome desk staff were especially helpful and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely, with great coffee and a nice variety of cheeses. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent Choice
Pros:

No words for this hotel. The breakfast was complete and plentiful. The girls at breakfast were very helpful and kind, and the same goes for the reception staff. The room was clean and very tidy. Everything was excellent. Special thanks to Jessica, Carla and David for they help.

Fantabulous Hotel

Great facilities and friendly staff. This was our 4th hotel in Italy and by far the best. Location was excellent too - within walking distance of Duomo, Mercato Centrale and the shopping district! Will definitely be back again.🥰
