Pros:

O hotel é em uma rua bastante movimentada que, em linha reta, cai na Estação de Trem principal da cidade, o que facilita demais. Na mesma rua, também há um Carrefour e um CONAD (mercado), além de cafés e afins. Apesar disso, o hotel é muito silencioso, todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Apesar de não ter Café da manhã incluido na minha estadia, eu acessava o local todos os dias para pedir gelo pra colocar na minha garrafa Térmica, o que nunca foi negado. Ao final da estadia, deixaram uma lembrancinha em nossa porta, o que foi uma fofura!

Fantastic
Pros:

We stayed one night after a wedding before flying home so spent very little time in the hotel. The welcome was fantastic with reception staff being extremely helpful. The room was modern and fresh and had everything we needed. The hotel is perfectly located.

Clean, friendly, great location.
Pros:

A sweet little hotel right near the leather markets. Very clean and a personalized experience with a hand written thank you note at the end of our stay! Breakfast delicious. Friendly staff. Can’t fault it!

The property was right in the heart of the city just 10 mins walk maximum from the Florence main train station.
Moreover the front desk Staffs Mr. Jovani, Mr. Nicola and Jasper were really nice, welcoming and friendly in all aspects of their work and behaviour.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think about that I can complaint about I had a great time.

Pros:

The hotel is located centrally. Tourists attractions are just few minutes walk away, lots of good restaurants and very accessible going to other places especially to the airport.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and very clean. Highly Recommended!

Great place to stay in Florence
Pros:

Great location. Just a few minutes walk to the train station and very close to the Piazza del Duomo, Mercato Centrale, many good restaurants and other tourist spots.

Rooms were small but clean and modern although the walls were a bit thin so we heard noise from our neighbors.

The staff was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful in assisting us to get the most from our stay in Florence.

The included breakfast had fruit juices, a varieties of coffees and teas, pastries, eggs, meats and potatoes. The breakfast staff were also very kind and helpful.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

great hotel in excellent location
Pros:

I spent a week at this hotel. The location is on a busy street but it was close to the station and walking distance of all the main sights. My room was at the back and I didn't hear any traffic or street noise. My flight was delayed but there is 24-hour reception so checking in was easy. Everything was clean and I had fresh towels & housekeeping every day. The room was small with a rack for clothes and l could have done with a drawer instead, but there was a safe and a mini fridge. The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze and the hot water took a while to come through. Breakfast was the same every day buffet style and unlimited. The staff were really friendly and helpful and able to offer advice when needed. There was air conditioning in the room and Sky TV with programmes in English. I highly recommend this hotel although it's a pity there is no outdoor space when the weather is glorious but I would definitely stay again. 4.5 stars.
