The hotel was beyond exceptional, clean, and beautiful! The daily breakfast is beyond your expectations and will be sure to leave you full, from sweets, savoury, fruits, and everything in between! The staff are truly amazing and so helpful- the kitchen staff were such a light to start each day, thank you Jessica, Nika, and Davide!! Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with the breakfast at The Market Urban Hotel. The breakfast is complete and excellent overall, offering a great variety of options, and everything is always fresh and beautifully presented.

The real highlight is definitely the cappuccino — it’s absolutely delicious and prepared with great care.

I would also like to especially mention the staff members Jessica, Carla, and Nika, who were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful at all times. They truly made the experience even more special.

Without a doubt, it’s a breakfast that makes a real difference in the overall stay!

Práctico, cómodo, limpio y cercano: Excelente opción para aprovechar Florencia.
Pros:

Un buen hotel, pequeño, cómodo, sin lujos pero moderno y estético, bien ubicado entre la estación de trenes SMN y el centro. Super limpio, buen desayuno y gran relación precio / calidad. Destaco el apoyo del recepcionista Giovanni a la llegada, ubicándonos en el mapa y dándonos buenos datos. También excelente atención de las chicas del desayuno.

The Most Welcoming and Professional Hotel in Florence!!

The stay at The Market Urban Hotel has been, with the family, one of the best experiences for us in terms of cleanliness, hospitality, accommodation and overall quality. Our favourite part of the stay was being able to enjoy the savoury breakfast presented by the kind and friendly staff. Carla, Jessica and Nika, whom were apart of the breakfast team, always greeted my family with a radiant smile, world-class hospitality and delicious coffee. Joseph, Jasper, Giovanni, and David were accomodating and professional receptionist. They welcomed our family as we first entered the hotel with a warm smile and were able to satisfy any of my family’s needs. Overall, my family found our stay at The Market Urban Hotel as fun and professional and definitely a highlight to remember. We give special thanks to the staff named above as they made our stay extremely special.
