Everything is there, shopping and highway, restaurants,
It’s was hair on all the towels they even had hair on the toilet and sick like someone shaved and they didn’t clean my room it was stains on the bed and couch it was dirty towels still hanging in the bathroom after I Checked in I reported and took pics and they told me and my family to leave and called the police
Needs some upgrades to the property
Comfortable enough, but the room could have used a thorough cleaning! carpets and walls are very dirty and stained! Breakfast was nice and the area seemed quiet.
The room was nice and spacious but one of my rooms had no ac they couldn’t move me to another room because no housekeeper on duty to provide a clean room. The employee that checked me in had the worst customer service!
My room was dirty, I had to ask someone to come vacuum the room, there was hair on the sink and in the bathtub. There were stains all over the floor. The pull out couch memory foam mattress had stains so I had to let my children sleep in the bed with me. I don’t think what I paid was worth it.
Room’s were clear and neat but not thoroughly cleaned. My room had not been vacuumed. Very dusty around all countertops and bathroom fixtures. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok. All Rooms was spacious, large bathroom but also very dated. The price should be adjusted due to these shortcomings. They have a pool which is a big plus!
There is lots of bad bugs in the room.
Almost everything was as advertised.
The reason for this was for a short visit with family. We didn’t expect a fancy accommodation since we weren’t spending very much time in the actual room. We did expect a clean, comfortable room. This room was not clean or comfortable. The bathroom was in poor condition: the shower curtain had rips, there were spiders living in their webs, the tub had a faint ring and the white shower walls had various indistinct smears. The couch was badly stained and was uneven, indicating it had been worn way beyond its acceptable use. The carpets had stains and the molding around the floors were peeling away from the wall. The towels were as tough as Brillo pads used to scour dirty dishes. The guests in the room above could be easily heard. From their footsteps to other sounds that should not be heard so easily. There seemed to be an argument or some other disruption outside of our room that was very disruptive. The two remotes were sticky to the touch. The few conversations with the front desk regarding basic guest questions (for ex, the WiFi passcode, which was not initially provided) was met with rude and short responses, lacking basic customer service. Considering the amount we spent for our stay, we expected a better, cleaner experience. There were other competitors charging a fraction of the amount per day but we expected a better quality stay for the amount spent with the Holiday Inn Express. We will not ever spend another dime with this chain.
Excellent! Only issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t working great but it was ok. Not bad enough to complain. Other than that everything was wonderful!
The room was nice..nothing special. We stayed 2 nights. First night was quiet and relaxed, The second night (thursday) was very different. People running doown the halllway..People banging on some room down the hall afew rooms away.. Loud talkiing .woke me up twice. The room doors need work as they are hard to oppen and 1 tv had a Blue screen and was hard to watch.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent.
Very dirty, smells bad and very expensive. Spend five hundred for 2 nights to be at the dirtiest hotel I have ever experienced. Prices should be cheaper.

The front desk manager was rude but the room was nice
This hotel was unsafe for my family for a number of reasons suck as broken glass on the ground and lights that did not work and broken furniture. It also seemed as if the staff was more interested in socializing than doing their job. It was also the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. It reminded me of the TV show hotel hell with Gordon Ramsay. He should go to this hotel and have a stay.
The bathroom stunk like it had been washed with a sour rag from top to bottom. There was only decaf in the room for coffee and the front desk would not bring any up. The breakfast area had chunks of ceiling falling onto the floor and water leaking.
Great room. Great staff especially the young man who assisted me during my stay. My a/c stopped working. There was a family reunion, but he was able to switch my rooms in seconds and it was just as nice as the first room.
The Hotel needs to be upgraded some of the rooms did not have workable air conditioning and the carpets and bathrooms needs to be upgraded. The restaurants around the hotel were very good and we had a variety to choose from.
