I throughly enjoyed my stay would most likely return for another amazing visit. Katelyn, the GM was!
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast provided every morning. My room was cleaned everyday. It was in a good location, close to the mall and freeways.

Cons:

I wish the spa was working properly. The front desk agent, Dani did mention that upon checking in. At least she was upfront with the the issue. Otherwise, everyone and everything was a wonderful vacation.

This hotel fell way below the standards which I expect from the Best Western Plus brand.
Pros:

I enjoyed when it was time to check out of this awful hotel.

Cons:

The operator is not providing a decent service. The jacuzzi was cold and the staff could not say when and if it would be fixed. There was rust in many areas of the pool. The breakfast was just plain scrambled egg.The operator is trying to save a few bucks by providing a Motel 6 style garbage continental menu instead of a full breakfast which is the norm for a Best Western Plus. There were dogs everywhere and crying babies disrupted my sleep. Many of the TV channels listed on the card in the room were not available. The staff were trying to do their best but the hotel is being run down and starved of resources and a much needed upgrade.

Worth the money, excellent customer service, clean and would stay again!
Pros:

Location excellent, clean, breakfast good

Cons:

Beds very hard, lots of dings in the wall which made it look unkept, pool very over chlorinated

Nice property, service needs work
Pros:

This is a very nice property and up until the manager on duty Josh made a mistake and wouldn’t own up to it I was pretty happy with my say. Josh however got in my face when I told him that I was not going to move my room for the second time because he didn’t adjust the names in the computer properly. He is unprofessional and was instantly hot and angry at the customer!
He needs a course in proper customer service practices.

Cons:

Josh’s attitude. They also ran out of the most popular breakfast item and told me straight up that they wouldn’t be getting any more out. Rude.

Location was great

Cons:

I called a day or two ahead to make sure the hot tub and pool were up and running to make sure my children were able to swim and I was able to relax in the hot tub after we got settled and went and had dinner we went to get into the hot tub which was freezing cold… no one let us know this at check in or when I called and when we called the front desk all in the pool room the said ya we know… hot tub wasn’t going to be fixed til Monday we found out ok the last day of our three day stay…. Very disappointing…

The first room we got out put into smelled fishy and had toilet paper shoved into the peep hole on the back of the door from the guest before 😬
