Pros:

Front desk clerk was amazing, he was always engaged with customers. He ensured customers needs were met and very attentive. He had a really good attitude with excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again when in Vancouver 😊

Very nice facility!

Cons:

I have stayed here several times. The first time, the bed was very comfortable. But each time, subsequently, the bed was very very uncomfortable. Also, only one front desk person who has to close the front desk to do other things on the property for guests. Long wait time at the front desk because the one agent is out and about.

We were comfortable during our 5 day stay. Food was good way to start our day, fresh air, clean, and friendly staff. Hot
Pros:

Extra effort. Clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Extra effort with the selections. The pool and spa were also great. Room and bathroom were large, Queen beds, not doubles, which was fantastic! The room came with a microwave, a small fridge and a coffee K cup machine which all was extra helpful when staying for a longer time. The windows opened!! We were able to get fresh air in the room. That was wonderful.

Cons:

A bit dated, beds were older, carpets as well.
The TV did not work great. Could not connect to be able to cast, which was disappointing.

Beds were terrable no wifi it sucked all the soap in shower empty plug in bath doesn't work Jacuzzi was straight cloreene bending machine sucked I wish I would get a refund oh coffee maker didn't work 1 out of 3 cups brewed was very unhappy the girl working was nice it's not her fault

Beds it's felt dirty and big whole to sleep in barley slept jacuzzi and pool was straight chemical bath inside bath the plug didn't plug soap empty wouldn't pump want a refund

I throughly enjoyed my stay would most likely return for another amazing visit. Katelyn, the GM was!
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast provided every morning. My room was cleaned everyday. It was in a good location, close to the mall and freeways.

Cons:

I wish the spa was working properly. The front desk agent, Dani did mention that upon checking in. At least she was upfront with the the issue. Otherwise, everyone and everything was a wonderful vacation.
