I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Igea in Brescia and would absolutely return. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train and bus stations and close to the rental car facilities, making it easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. Everything is very centrally located and accessible.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant, and I slept very well during my stay. The staff were genuinely kind, accommodating and always happy to help. I especially enjoyed being welcomed by the hotel’s little poodle, who made friends with Luke and added such a warm, personal touch to the experience.
Another wonderful convenience is the free parking in the parking garage right at the train station, which made arriving and getting around especially easy.
Because of the hotel’s central location near the train and bus stations, the doors are locked at night for added safety. I appreciated this thoughtful security measure and felt very comfortable during my stay.
I was in Brescia for work while visiting and evaluating properties for clients, and Hotel Igea is exactly the type of hotel I feel comfortable recommending because of its central location, accessibility, cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.
Thank you to the staff for making my stay so pleasant. I truly enjoyed my time there and would be happy to return!

A good option for travelers that need to sleep one night and continue their journey to somewhere else by the train. The room was clean and everything was provided.
The lobby looked partly under construction or falling apart (the ceiling is what I noticed and it scared me a bit before I saw the room). Old or retro furniture, depends how you put it. But in my case the room was well maintained and clean.
The breakfast option is asked in advance in the evening with "decide now and it will be 8 euros" or "decide tomorrow morning and it will be 10 euros". Didn't really get that marketing move, but ok.
La posizione, la stanza era buia ed il bagno sporco e vecchio, dopo esplicito disappunto lo staff molto cortesemente ci ha spostati in una struttura sempre li vicino a 3 stelle, molto meglio.
Il personale è molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente, infatti dopo sopralluogo nella stanza ci ha offerto la soluzione migliore per il nostro soggiorno.
La pulizia, non può nemmeno accostarsi ad un 4 stelle, è vecchio e malandato, appena arrivati siamo stati avvertiti che la colazione sarebbe stata servita in camera perché erano in corso dei lavori (non so come l'avrebbero servita visto che a me piace scegliere quello che voglio vedendolo, altrimenti sarei andato al bar), mi sarei aspettato una comunicazione in anticipo. La stanza non era minimamente paragonabile a quella delle foto, era buia, vecchia e con il bagno sporco e pieno di incrostazioni, scesi nella hall abbiamo chiesto il cambio di stanza e gentilmente siamo stati spostati in un'altra struttura a 3 stelle, struttura nuova e migliore sotto tutti i punti di vista.

La posizione era comodissima, lo staff gentilissimo e anche il prezzo era ottimo per il servizio che abbiamo avuto.
Nonostante la struttura non sembra proprio nuovissima l'accoglienza e il servizio offerto dallo staff compensano tutto.
Anche il parcheggio convenzionato è una scelta molto intelligente in una zona di Brescia dove i parcheggi non sono proprio comodi.
L'unica pecca nel mio caso è stato il letto che era un matrimoniale fatto da due letti singoli con le ruote.
Io ho soggiornato solo una notte quindi non è stato un grande problema ma se avessi dovuto stare lì più tempo probabilmente sarebbe stato un po' scomodo.
