The Ritz-Carlton, Doha

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz Carlton Doha at the conclusion of our cruise. Our room was beautiful… our room attendant was Hridoy who made us feel extremely welcome and our room was immaculately clean and always well stocked with towels etc Hridoy is a credit to this hotel. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and beach and the staff were attentive and helpful … if we return to Doha we will stay at this hotel… it’s perfect

Fabulous hotel! Highly recommend. Beautiful room, huge fitness centers, friendly staff and great food options. Only negative is that there is no local places to walk around at night.

We had a lovely time at this fabulous hotel. The whole place was very welcoming, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We would like to especially thank Malika and her team in the Club Lounge, they are all so professional and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. It was clear to see that they all work together as a professional and happy team. The atmosphere in the lounge was luxurious and elegant, a marvellous selection of food and beverages, a great place for relaxing in a wonderful environment.
Our hotel room was kept fresh and clean daily by Shadab and it was a pleasure to go back each day knowing it would look so presentable.
The pool and beach team were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Emder who looked after us very well.
Hope to see you all again and thanks for making our stay so fabulous.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Very well maintained property with the only drawback being a somewhat remote location. The room and amenities were up to Ritz standards.

My wife and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Doha for 1 night and overall it was a nice hotel but first impressions were terrible.

We were in Doha for a few nights staying at another hotel and we decided to stay here for our last night to try something different. My wife had never stayed in a Ritz property before so I thought it would be a change from the Mandarin Oriental we had just came from.

Check in was slightly awkward. Few comments being made about only being there for one night....yes I know I booked it.
Then we arrived to our room I had a call from reception to say there were prohibited items in my luggage which I have never encountered anywhere in the world.
I was not only panicking but embarrassed by the situation as I had no idea what this could be.
We had bought candles whilst shopping in the mall and put them in one of the cases.
Even though they were gifts and wrapped up in shopping bags. The candles were a fire hazard and had to be taken out my suitcase and kept at reception.
I felt like the staff could've handled this situation a bit better.

The room we received was nice, there was a nice view of the marina and bed was comfortable.

The service in the STK restaurant was good and we enjoyed the cocktail bar.

If it wasn't for the terrible check in experience, I would've gave it a better review

My wife and I were here to celebrate a special anniversary. Firstly the initial welcome that we received was excellent and this was continued by Nour (Guest Service) who escorted us to the room, and mention must be given to the staff who arranged the room set up, very impressive. The hotel property is beautiful and all of the staff were on top of their game. Breakfast offering was first class with service to match. We visited the Spa for leisure facilities, this area was clean and relaxing. Please pass on special thanks to all of the staff in particular:

We would love to return sooner rather than later.

We recently returned for the third time, and so look forward to returning again. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it certainly does not disappoint. The hotel and staff are exceptional. We enjoyed the club lounge, very much, and the staff were ALL great but we had lots of interaction with the lovely Houda and Oussama. It was good to see Molka has been promoted. We enjoyed the lovely pool area, that is so organised by Bikash and his team, especially Majid. Mahfuz made us so welcome, with his towel creations, as we returned to our room.
It is a luxury resort in every way, with high service levels and the friendliest staff, and we highly recommend a stay.

We were at the ritz over the F1 weekend and the service was honestly impeccable. We travel all over the world to very top hotels and whoever is training the staff really deserves a commendation. Every single member of their team was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and as a gym goer / body builder - the gym is epic!!! In the spa- a special shout out to Fanny. What a wonderful human being. From the moment I arrived in the spa after a long flight and my room wasn’t ready- she made me feel at home. I had a wonderful ginger tea and she ensured I had everything I needed from towels to a gown etc. As a business owner I have to stay - wow. She is a true asset to your team and for the guests and I will be sad to leave tomorrow. Thank you all - the stay has been 5*!!

We had an amazing time at the Ritz. Perfect atmosphere. Yassir Filali was a perfect host, honest and quality conversation and also good service!

The room was really comfy. Bed was sooo soft I almost overslept every day. Everything was clean, no weird smells or anything. Only thing is I wish the room was a bit brighter, but maybe that’s just the room I got.

This was our second visit to the Ritz Carlton and it was just as good as the first. Check in was excellent we’d arrived on an overnight flight and our room was ready. Straight to breakfast where we were greeted like long lost friends the hospitality is second to none. Once settled at a table we were greeted by Wafae Taya the Lagoon Restaurant Manager who’s exceptional at her job and a credit to the Ritz Carlton she is on the ball and no table goes without her checking everything is okay. Part of the reason for us in returning was the excellent service received by all staff. Our room was perfect and the cleaners did an outstanding job. We used the beach more on this visit and all the staff looked after us making sure we had water. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to seeing you all

Again after an amazing nine days at this magnificent hotel we have so many members of staff to thank for making our stay so special.

Finally a very special mention to Rakibul who looked after us on our daily beach visits. He works so hard and yet always had time to make us feel so welcome and relaxed including always knowing where we liked to sit. He really does have a special place in our hearts. We feel that next time we visit he will have progressed in his journey with the Ritz Carlton
It's not the hotel and it's amenities although they are first class but the staff that make a holiday special and these and many others all did that and we can't wait to return in 2026.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Maha, in particular, gave me outstanding advice and made me feel truly cared for throughout my visit. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole atmosphere even more relaxing.
I also enjoyed spending time at the pool, the gym, and the beach, all of which were beautifully maintained and added to an unforgettable stay. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience.

There is no better hotel in the world to stay at!! The best! I will continue to return here year after year with my kids. SUCH a joy!!! The guest is treated with such care and attention. You cannot stay somewhere better!!

It probably says it all if you choose to return for a third time to the same hotel.
Yet again, The Ritz-Carlton Doha did not disappoint; this is all down to the amazing staff. It was so great to - yet again - eat and drink FAR too much in the Club Lounge and to catch up with familiar faces and get to know some lovely newer members of the team. Molka, Alex, Oussama, Houda, Dwi, Serti, Clfton, Sezim and Mila - thank you so much for putting up with us (!!!) and, of course, for a level of service that always went above and beyond. My 50th birthday was made extra special because of you.
A shout out must also go to the pool team - our favourite place (apart from the Club Lounge!), the whole team are so professional but we must mention Jude (for watching over us every morning..... length by length by length....) and to Souluman ( sorry for spelling!) for his warm welcome back to us and kindness over the week. Ann from the Spa team - how great to see you again, a woman who never stops!

We had an amazing family time at The Ritz Carlton! A true luxurious hotel! Every host was sweet, friendly, and accommodating. A special mention to Chita from Sel & Miel who was such a sweetheart! She made sure we had a good, delightful evening and even sang happy birthday song for my dad. The indoor pool lifeguards were also very attentive too. Kudos to them! Unfortunately I wasn't able to take their names.

We had a wonderful week at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha. The hotel is perfectly located, the facilities are great, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

A special mention to Majid from the pool team, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was always attentive, making sure everything was perfect for us and our children.

We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Wafe was very pretty and look after us in the restaurant.
