Pros:

Świetny hotel, który zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Dużym atutem był basen i sauna dostępne przez całą dobę, bez dodatkowych opłat. Pokoje były czyste, komfortowe i dobrze wyposażone, a obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu, jednak personel za niewielką opłatą zajął się zaparkowaniem samochodu na pobliskim parkingu, co było bardzo wygodnym rozwiązaniem. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę.

Enjoyable stay with amazing views at a good price
Pros:

Brilliant location. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The facilities were good - restaurant/bar/pool/minibar. The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold food (the scrambled eggs were perfect) - lovely view of the mountains and a nice touch having binoculars available along the windows. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall this hotel is great value for money.

Cons:

The room was a bit dated and the bed could have been a bit bigger and more comfortable - however if you updated the rooms I would expect to pay a lot more for this hotel because I believe the price was very reasonable and took this into account.

Joli séjour dans cette belle station de montagne.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre du village de Loèche-les-Bains, au calme, avec un joli balcon avec la vue sur le téléphérique pour la Gemmi.

Cons:

La piscine intérieure de l'établissement mériterait un rafraîchissement aux différentes installations, ce qui rendrait l'endroit plus convivial.

A pleasant stay in this hotel though disturbed often by noise. Hôtel a bit disorganised , and staff tried to compensate

Great location. Traditional style.Not too big and impersonal.

Cons:

Poor sound insulation of rooms. Maintenance needs improvement ( eg :insulation on window frames unsticking making the windows difficult to close,pool area a big shabby, toilet in room old and a bit stained etc)

Eine unglaublich schlechte und ungepflegte Hotellerie.
Cons:

Bei der 2. Übernachtung war eine Veranstaltung im Hotel. Die Besucher dieser Party war so laut, dass wir die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnten. Da unser Zimmer genau zuoberst über dem Eingang war, hallten die Gespräche, durch den Alkoholeinfluss umso mehr, laut nach oben. Am nächsten morgen traf mein Mann nach dem morgenessen die Toilette im EG mit Übergebenem an.
Sehr ungepflegt nach so einer Party. Wenigstens eine Toilettentour sollte mindestens gemacht und solche Spuren geputzt werden.
Ich habe mich danach beim Hotel beschwert aber da kam kein aber auch gar kein Entgegenkommen oder eine Rückvergütung zurück.
Wir werden das Hotel meiden und allen abraten, welche in Leukerbad Übernachten wollen.
