Lovely venue and room size.
There was no option to add a mattress topper to soften hard bed. When I needed help to send my luggage to next place they were not very helpful at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Grand with my family. The overall experience was truly memorable—from the warm hospitality to the comfortable and well-maintained rooms.
We especially loved the breakfast experience, where you can choose between Western or traditional Japanese options. The Western breakfast area had such a beautiful view, making our mornings even more relaxing and enjoyable. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.
What truly stood out was the exceptional level of care from the staff. They prepared a thoughtful birthday card for my daughter, which meant so much to us and made her feel extra special during our trip. They also made an effort to provide sleeping wear suitable for our youngest daughter, which we really appreciated.
Another moment that touched us was when one of the reception staff kindly gave me an umbrella after noticing I didn’t have one—such a simple but genuine act of kindness. They were also very attentive to my husband’s needs, providing a wheelchair since he has difficulty walking due to his sciatica. This made it so much easier for us to move around and enjoy our stay comfortably.
Thank you for making our family trip so memorable with your thoughtful service and attention to detail. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!
