一緒に行った両親も喜んでくれ最高の旅になりました

車椅子で利用しました。車の駐車、荷物のお部屋入れ、チェックインのスムーズさなどスタッフさんの接客がとても親切で助かりました。ユニバーサルのお部屋を案内して頂き快適に宿泊出来ました。車椅子の利用でしたので大変助かりました。お部屋からの眺望もよく横浜ステイを楽しめました。
ありがとうございました。また来たいホテルの一つになりました。

A gorgeous old world hotel with easy access to attractions and transportation.
Pros:

A stunning hotel, right near Chinatown and the Yokohama waterfront. The room was very comfortable and very much felt like you had stepped back in time. We had an amazing view of the waterfront (amazing sunrises!) The staff were exceptional and the location was great. Also offered lots of food options for people not wanting to leave the hotel.

Cons:

Some parts of the room felt dated, especially the bathroom.

Pros:

横浜出身なので海外から一時帰国の際はみなとみらいに宿泊していたけど今回初めてニューグランドに宿泊しました。朝食のパンがとても美味しいです。中華街、元町が徒歩圏内。東京方面にも乗り換え無しで行けて便利な立地でした。雪肌精のアメニティも使い心地が良かったです。

細かいことですが、シャワーが広がりすぎでした。

思い出に残る素敵なホテル
Pros:

ロケーションが最高です。スタッフの笑顔が素敵で対応が良くて快適に過ごせました。5階のレストランで朝食をいただきました。ふわふわカリカリのフレンチトーストにめちゃくちゃ美味しいチーズやベーコンがはいっていました。景色がよく雰囲気も素敵でした。子連れでしたが、特別な時間を楽しめました。10年以上ぶりの横浜でしたが、赤れんが倉庫やコスモワールド、カップヌードルミュージアムまで歩いて行けて公園の散歩が気持ちよかったです。

Pros:

ウェルカムにお誕生日のお祝いメッセージとお菓子が置いてあり、感激しました。全てのスタッフに洗練されたおもてなしの精神が感じられ、大変幸せな滞在でした。30年余り折に触れ利用しているホテルが健在で嬉しくなりました。
