너무 좋아요. 시설과 뷰, 아침조식, 직원들의 친절함 모든 것이 완벽합니다.
Pros:

호텔 조식이 아주 훌륭했어요. 그리고 바다가 보이는 뷰가 매우 좋아요. 객실 시설도 좋고 로비에서부터 직원들이 아주 친절했습니다. 소렌토에 방문한다면 반드시 또 이 곳에 올거에요.

Resepsiyon da ilk girişte rutubet kokan bir oda sebebi ile 1 saat oyalandık. Israrlarımız sonucu düzgün kokmayan bir oda alabildik. Ancak bütün moralimiz bu tartışma yüzünden bozuldu. Daha sonra odaya meyve ve prosecco göndermişler ama bizim derdimiz bunlar değildi. Kötü bir resepsiyon personeli bizi çok yordu

Great Hotel
Pros:

Hilton Sorrento Palace was amazing. The lounge had amazing views and a great place to relax. The pool was beautiful, but very cold. The rooftop pool had gorgeous ocean views. The breakfast buffet for diamond members and club rooms was amazing. The pizza near the pool was great. They actually made me a pizza so I could try it. Salvatore Marione, Castello, Giovanni, Maria and Raffaella were amazing. It was walking distance to downtown. Wonderful place.

It’s a nice Hotel, would recommend it for sure.
Pros:

The hotel offers a variety of restaurants and options to host corporate events. The staff are amazing and do their utmost to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable .

Cons:

Ironically for a Hilton brand hotel, there were no shuttle services and as it is perched on the top of the hill walking to and from the Sorrento hub was a challenge especially in the hot sun.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut. Lage außergewöhnlich gut. Insgesamt sehr gut.

Cons:

Innenpool geschlossen, obwohl Außenpool kaum nutzbar zu dieser Jahreszeit, Wasser zu kalt (nicht beheizt). Innenpool geschlossen klares Manko, vor allem bei dem Preis.

Good for families and nice rooms
Pros:

Nice hotel - big and lots of space in the lobby and rooms are very comfortable

Good breakfast except horrendous coffee

Cons:

The location is on a hill so walking up and down to the main square is quit a hike and I wish they at least had a shuttle. Getting a taxi was challenging at night

The restaurant food was so-so - got cold pasta and expensive for quantity. For being in Italy it was probably the only bad meal we had the entire trip
