Pros:

Nearly all of the staff were very competent and helpful. Place was quiet. Location good.

Cons:

One front desk person not competent. Bed terribly uncomfortable. Tiny refrigerator at floor level.

Amazing staff.
Pros:

The hotel helped me a lot, unlike booking.com. Booking.com took my money but the payment had not gone through on the hotels end. Despite sending multiple emails, I had to make a new reservation. The employees working the night of Dec 5th went above and beyond for me while being extremely patient.

Cons:

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

We liked the menu specials in the bar area. However. Starbucks coffee is terrible and bitter. We had to leave and. Went to Perkins for coffee and breakfast. We absolutely can’t drink any Starbucks coffee!

Our check in was amazing. Devon was enthusiastic, kind, over top customer service and loves his job. I really enjoy meeting individual who make you feel appreciated.
He also suggested a room to enjoy the views of the courtyard too. Thanks for a nice stay!

Pros:

Overall, the stay was great. The employees were friendly and hospitable, the building was clean and there were plenty of extras throughout the place. We did have an issue with a person who woke us up in the middle of the night bumping their car bass right outside our window. That didn't stop us from enjoying the rest of our stay. I would recommend this place

Central location to what I needed but would not stay again
Pros:

Location was nice facilities look nice from outside

Cons:

Sheets smelled like they were not washed in a while or in dirty water, room smelled when getting in. Had only one cleaning person and couldn’t check in early because of no rooms were cleaned yet. The breakfast location was no convenient you have to pay for a person to serve you coffee. Need to fix these things
