great room and location!
Pros:

Everything was great, room was really big and comfortable!

Cons:

I always travel for my b-days, but this hotel didn’t even give me a card or smth :( it was a bit disappointing

Good stay overall with helpful staff and a very convenient location
Pros:

I had an overall pleasant stay at Park Plaza Victoria London. What impressed me the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my stay. Everyone was approachable, professional, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude.
My room was not warm enough for me initially, but after I contacted reception, they responded very quickly and arranged for someone to check the air conditioning immediately. Later in the evening, they also kindly provided an additional quilt after my call, which I really appreciated. Their prompt response and genuine effort to help made my stay much more comfortable.
The location is also very convenient, especially for transport and getting around central London. However, my room was facing the street, so it could be a little noisy at times.
Overall, I appreciated the kindness and excellent service from the team and had a good stay.

Cons:

One small point for improvement: after maintenance access to my room while I was out, I noticed the bathroom had been left in a different condition from how I had left it. I may simply have misunderstood the situation, but as a solo female guest it made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I only mention this as gentle feedback regarding guest privacy and comfort.

アクセスが良い。ビクトリア駅から歩いてすぐだし、不満は全くなかった！みなさんにお勧めできるホテル。

Cons:

初日、トイレの清掃が行き届いていなかった。流し忘れだと思われる。。まぁそんなに気にすることではないが、あまり気分のいいものではなかった。
