The property was in a great location, close to Victoria Station so transport links were excellent. The room had been recently refurbished and had everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels were good quality. The air conditioning was excellent given the heatwave occurring at the time of my stay. Breakfast was very good, but was a bit chaotic. I was staying in August and there were many families who all seemed to arrive for breakfast at the same time! Staff were excellent and the room was very clean.

Staff couldn’t care less attitude.
Room wasn’t cleaned on one occasion. Reported it before lunch. Went out. Came back at evening.
Room still hadn’t been cleaned. Reported it again and were given “fresh towels” only.
On day of departure I accidentally left a pair of Italian Gents Designer shorts on top shelf of wardrobe.
Realised when I got home. Phoned the hotel and reported it. They said the room had been cleaned 🤣
and the shorts weren’t there. But I know they were there and my son who lives in London could have picked them up. I told them that.

The room was very dated and shabby.
Our stay was completely spoiled by an unacceptable safety incident and a total lack of empathy from hotel staff.
My 10-year-old daughter was trapped inside our bathroom for 20 minutes because the lock jammed shut. When we frantically alerted the team—calling both the front desk and concierge hotlines, as well as speaking directly to the receptionist in the lobby—no one showed any sense of urgency despite a child being locked in a small room. It took a full 10 minutes just for a maintenance worker to arrive.
To make matters worse, after removing the lock to get her out, the worker simply reinstalled the exact same faulty mechanism. We pointed out that it was still far too tight, but our concerns were brushed off.
No manager ever reached out, no one offered us a room change. We had to spend the rest of our stay leaving the bathroom door completely unlocked.
Extremely disappointed by the poor safety maintenance and shocking lack of customer care. I strongly advise families to look elsewhere.
Mi e' piaciuta la posizione comoda a tutto e la colazione. Letto comodo.
Non mi e' piaciuto il fatto che la pulizia della stanza viene fatta ogni 2 gg. per via dell'ecological project. La moquette nella stanza obbliga ad avere una pulizia quotidiana. Avevamo terminato la carta igienica e volevamo il cambio asciugamani ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere. Bagno piccolo. Manca un armadio guardaroba.

The Italian restaurant down in the ground floor didn’t have a great selection . No pizza no proper typical pasta dishes no chips for kids . We had a room on 2nd floor and we could hear literally all the outdoor noises and busy roads , building alarms , car horns etc . Rubbish men etc etc , Maybe the windows need insulation.

I booked two rooms but they weren’t beside each other and one room had no water.
Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже третий раз! Отличный отель, адекватная цена для Лондона. Представительский номер лучше улучшенного однозначно. В след раз учту это. Хорошие, чистые номера. Достаточно места для двоих и двух чемоданов. Удобно, что рядом и автобусные остановки и метро, и вокзал. Завтраки стоят 17 фунтов в сутки и стоят своих денег. Однажды не взяли завтрак и в кафе за двоих отдали 56 фунтов, но не могу сказать, что было вау. Лучше взять завтраки в отеле. Они достойные. На 4 точно.
Завтраки до 10:00 мне кажется очень ранними. Было бы классно продлить до 11:00. Ну и если пойти завтракать в 9:30 утра, то вы попадете в большую очередь из людей, так как в это время какой-то поток из желающих позавтракать. Учтите это. Ну и панкейки быстро заканчиваются, а они оч вкусные)
