I was initially given a room with an industrial air blower in due to a sodden carpet. When I complained I was allocated a better room.

Pros:

Todo en general, no puedo centrarme en una sola cosa. Viajamos toda la familia, cinco personas con niños incluidos de edades pequeñas y nos ha resultado perfecto en general.

Cons:

Podría decir algo de algún miembro de del personal de atención, pero no quiero en suciar sus colaboraciones porque una no se merece esa atención, mientras el resto pagan su actitud. Un 9 pondría la atención sin poder poner un 10 por ese motivo.

Comfort and design
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and greeted us so nicely. There was always a hello and goodbye. The reception and bar area is so inviting. Bedroom design wowed us. The little extra, like water, biscuits and small glass of bubbly was so welcoming

Cons:

The walk in shower did not drain the water and overflowed the tray. Also TV kept cutting out

El servicio y la atención excelente, el desayuno también muy bueno y variado, menos mal que había dos recepcionistas, uno de Màlaga super simpático, era el encargado de recepción, que hablaban Español, les falta que hablan español y más en un hotel de esa categoría, pero en general muy contento de todo , muchas gracias

La atención del personal, la comodidad de las habitaciones, el desayuno, y lo céntrico de metro y autobús.

Lovely hotel. Centrally located. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Location was perfect, very central and close to Victoria station.

Cons:

Not keen with room’s 1 remote control for everything, lights, aircon etc. No way to regulate them.

Pros:

Les chambres sont de très bonnes qualités, la literie est parfaite.
L'emplacement est idéal pour un voyage à Londres tout est à proximité.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de qualité.
Nous avons vraiment appréciez séjournée dans cet hôtel et n'hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain séjour à Londres.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff at reception was excellent and very helpful especially Nastia.
Breakfast was substantial with a good variety to choose from.
Location is excellent and very close to Victoria station, (less than 4minute walk) and 10 minutes walk to Victoria Coach station.

Pros:

Muy confortable y ubicación estratégica para mi grupo familiar.

Habitación, confortable para la familia, espaciosa, limpia, desayuno con buena oferta de frutas. Ubicación, estratégica por la cercanía a la estación de metro y a varios sitios de interés turístico.
