Konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere otobüs veya metro ile rahatlıkla ulaştık. Restorana çok iyi. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Çalışmalar güler yüzlü ve otel temizdi.

5 días en Londres en familia
Pros:

En anteriores ocasiones en que he visitado Londres me he alojado siempre cerca de Victoria Station y la verdad es que tienes múltiples modos de transporte justo al lado (trenes de cercanías, muchas líneas de autobús urbano, autobús a aeropuertos de Londres, 2 líneas de Metro,...). La ubicación es perfecta. En cuanto al desayuno del hotel merece la pena, muy completo y de calidad, especialmente la bollería que no suele ser fácil. El hotel tuvo el detalle de invitarnos a una consumición para toda la familia en el bar del hotel.

Cons:

La reserva del hotel era para 4 personas (2 adultos + 2 niños) (cama king size + sofa-cama) pero la realidad fue que no existía el sofá y en su lugar había una cama supletoria individual. No nos importó mucho porque uno de mis hijos durmió con nosotros, pero no es lo contratado. Tampoco lo hicimos saber al personal del hotel porque no nos molestó demasiado. La habitación que nos tocó digamos que para 4 personas era un poco pequeña. Por otro lado hay momentos en los que el comedor para el desayuno se queda pequeño y habilitan las mesas del bar para el desayuno. Tuvimos que esperar un poco uno de los días para poder desayunar dentro del restaurante, aunque fue poco tiempo y el personal hizo todo lo posible para ubicarnos cuanto antes.

Magnífico hotel con una ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

Hotel excelente, muy bien ubicado y con unas instalaciones cuidadas al detalle. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y muy agradables, perfectas para descansar. Además, el desayuno es muy completo.

Great place to stay for a short visit to London
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had all the basics right. For the price I wouldn't expect more. The location was perfect for Victoria Station (which was why we picked it). Breakfast, although we had to eat very quickly, offered everything we wanted and again the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Perhaps the aircon could have cooled the room more. It was a little bit too warm for our tastes.

Perfect location comfortable accommodation
Pros:

Location is perfect you can access easily coach station, train station and underground services.
Staffs are helpful and kindful
Our room was ready and we checked in before official check-in time and they kept our luggage after check-out.
The room was clean, comfortable. There was automatic curtain and light system you just push the button

場所的にはとてもお勧めです。
Pros:

立地がとても良かった。バスに乗るにも地下鉄に乗るにも徒歩圏内で周りにはお店もありとても便利でした。

Cons:

部屋の照明が暗かった。使い勝手があまり良くなかった。フロントとのコミュニケーションがうまく取れなかった。
