Extremely bad service. They didn’t give the room even past checkin time. No cleaning service, despite asking for it. I booked for 3 nights, looks like I have to stay there without cleaning. Even on the first day the bed linens were smelling. Not sure they properly wash them. There is no loo rolls even.
Never had such a shoddy service from a hotel that calls themselves 4 star.

Le ménage n’a pas été fait tous les jours, malgré le fait que j’avais bien précisé lors du check-in que je souhaitais qu’il soit effectué quotidiennement. J’avais d’ailleurs refusé l’option « environnement ».
Au bout de trois jours sans aucun passage de femme de chambre, je suis donc passé à la réception pour leur faire part de ma demande. À notre retour, la chambre avait bien été nettoyée.

Vi var tre och hade tre nätter. Det är andra gången vi bodde här. (Förra gången var det 2012).
Personalen förklarade om hotellets miljöprojekt och vi tyckte att det var jätte bra. Vi fick en vin flaska i stället städningar men vi ångrade detta eftersom det inte finns vinglas i rummet. Vi bar att byta handdukar och kasta skräp varje dag.
Vi fick nya handdukar varje dag men de tog inte bort handdukar som vi använde och lämnade på golvet i badrummet. Till slut samlade vi många handdukar i rummet. Vi lärde oss att vi skulle kunna välja bekvämare sätt att bo i hotellet.

Dusche war leider so gebaut, dass man ein Auslaufen des Wassers auch bei besonderer Vorsicht nicht gänzlich vermeiden konnte.

Fantastic location near Victoria station. The hotel is fabulous. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The breakfast is fantastic with so much choice. The staff are a credit to this hotel. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve already booked it again for our next 2 visits.
