Pros:

La camera spaziosa e pulita, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione continentale e tipica inglese ricca di ogni tipo di pietanza, servizio bar eccellente. Vicinanza alla fermata della metro Victoria che in 5 minuti porta a Westminster. Molto probabilmente sceglierò questa struttura di nuovo per il mio prossimo viaggio a Londra.

Cons:

Nonostante inizialmente ci sia stato un problema con la mia prenotazione, il personale ha gestito con professionalità la situazione, risolvendola con tranquillità.

Really comfy bed and a great sleep - location was excellent
