Parking terrible. Entrance doors need torn out replaced too narrow and pain in ass to get your luggage cart through main door.
Extending your stay, asked forr additional 100 dollars on top of already 100 dollar deposit? Not acceptable. Left... All rooms need the their beat up 1980 frigerators replaced.
The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly. The key cards worked well-
The outside was filthy- there was dog poop around every corner. The back parking lot area felt sketchy when I needed to take my dogs out for a potty break. I also felt very nickel and dimed when I checked in. It would have been more affordable to stay at a pet friendly VRBO with a fenced in yard. 50.00 to check in a few hours early, and 25.00 per dog per night- it was expensive.
Great breakfast. The room was plenty big with a kitchen. The bed was ok.
Enjoyed everything overall, however the morning coffee tasted burnt
It was a lot of space for the amount they charged and I left my some of my properties.There, including my laptop in the hallway to prop open the door as we're leaving, and they actually called me and let me know that it was there. So I could come back and get it. Which I was shocked because these kind of things don't happen too often these days. Saffl is friendly and helpful and I wanted to stay longer.But they were booked
