Great stay. Convenient location.
Pros:

The kitchenette facility is a great value especially for people who like their own food or home made tea etc. The location is great as it's just @20 min from Garden of Gods and Manitou springs downtown. Rates are reasonable. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The layout of room allocated to us was not a great with respect to w/c and kitchenette. They were just in front of each other. I do not know other rooms.

Pros:

They had hot breakfast like eggs, bacon and some of the best potatoes we have had in addition to waffles, toast etc. I appreciated that they did not have any stale sugary bakery items that is mostly included in other continental breakfasts.

Mr. Davis is an excellent manager. He went the extra mile for everyone, not just me. He knows what customer service means. Everything was clean, organized and comfortable. Everyone I booked a room for thoroughly enjoyed it.
