Very clean with free breakfast, kitchenware, and friendly staff. However, the first floor is noisy.
Pros:

The rooms including the beds and showers were extremely clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the little kitchenette and the cooking supplies. The staff upfront were extremely friendly. I also enjoyed the free breakfast.

Cons:

The first two nights we stayed I had no complaints, we stayed on the 3rd floor. There was some homeless people in the area and travelers who smoked outside. This wouldn't typically bother me but it is something to consider if you have asthma. The 3rd night we returned after a stay elsewhere. We were shocked by the level of noise from our upstairs neighbors and the parking lot. This included stomping, falling, and shouting.

Great value, could have stayed much longer!
Pros:

Room was spacious, and would have been perfect for a long stay (we were there 2 nights). Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and the place was really clean. Hotel is huge, you truly could get lost inside. There was an elevator so we didn't have to lug bags up stairs.

Cons:

The air conditioner was very loud and would cycle on and off every 10 minutes or so. So loud you couldn't watch TV without constantly turning the volume up and down. Turning the unit completely off was the only solution, but then the room got stuffy. Only other observation was the breakfast was very cramped. They had some good selection (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal, waffles), but the area designated for it was very tiny and crowded.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Needed a shower head. Had to hold the towel Handel down a long time to make it work. Couldn't hear the TV it wasn't loud enough. The refrigerator was very loud. Not much of a breakfast.

Overall I would probably stay again if my preferred hotel is too spendy
Pros:

Pros: Good price, easy to find, quiet, and has a little store for any late night snacks or meds. Comfy beds and the hotel is fairly clean. The hotel also has a fitness room and laundry services. I wasn’t expecting it, but we had a stove and microwave, ice machine and dishwasher and they provide basic cook/dishware. Also offers free breakfast (small but appreciate the option!)

Cons:

Cons: Air quality was bad. I don’t know if the filters on the AC, but every time we got to the room his asthma would be acting up. Housekeeping doesn’t deliver to the room. We decided not to do housekeeping since we weren’t going to be there long, but had to run down to the lobby for extra toilet paper and towels. One night the staff members was quite rude to my boyfriend who was picking supplies up. Parking was annoying too. We had to walk all the way around because there’s no back entrance.

I would stay again. Value is good, location is very convenient, staff is great!
Pros:

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and homey. Love having an easy chair and ottoman in the room. Kitchen is well stocked and clean. Breakfast was top notch. Beds are very comfy and pillows are of great quality.

Cons:

My only complaint would be the AC unit. Does not cycle off and on and is extremely loud. Doorways coming into the hotel and to the elevators are extremely narrow if you are using a luggage cart. A lower profile and easy steer cart/wagon would better suit the location.

Pros:

Room was clean, great front desk employees

Cons:

Room service is the worse I have ever experienced. After 3 days I ask for room service, they dumped the trash nothing else horrible.
Breakfast was a joke, salty eggs, sausage tasted like chemicals, waffles was just bread flour.
