Suite was great.

facilities are adequate, not excellent. but the staff is FABULOUS.
Pros:

the staff was WONDERFUL. the manager Trevor was especially terrific in helping us sort things out (he's the best!). breakfast was fine, and the bed was also VERY comfy.

Cons:

the hotel was perfectly adequate. since we were staying for a week, i wanted a room with some kitchen facilities (light on kitchen tools/dishes). however, we couldn't get the tv to work. trevor came in multiple times to try and fix it. the air conditioning in our room was also barely working and they finally brought a large fan into the room for us. only minor annoyances to be sure, but we had to have hotel staff in and out when we were in the room. also, we had a "handicapped accessible" room ~ but i would like the toilets replaced for higher height ones!

Professional Service and Clean Facilities
Pros:

The staff were very professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. We also used the laundry facilities, and everything worked without any issues. Breakfast was perfectly fine, although the breakfast area was quite small. During busy times, it may be more comfortable to take breakfast back to your room. There was also a spacious parking area.

Cons:

The main downside was the noise from the appliances in the room. Both the refrigerator and the air conditioning unit were very loud, which could be disturbing, especially at night.

Unclean and very outdated
Pros:

It was dirty and very out dated. It smelled of old cigar smoke and the pictures definitely don’t match the rooms. The courtyard was beautiful in the photos, the real courtyard was some outdated, uncleaned furniture setting on very used astroturf in front of the entrance doors. We paid the one night cancellation fee and didn’t even stay the night. We went elsewhere for accommodations. We didn’t feel safe staying there.

Too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is okay.

Cons:

It is too expensive for what it is. Wouldn't call it "suites" everything is very old and outdated.

Pros:

New carpets new clean. Bed was great. Room well maintenenced.
Breakfast good. Staff nice helpful

Cons:

Parking terrible. Entrance doors need torn out replaced too narrow and pain in ass to get your luggage cart through main door.
Extending your stay, asked forr additional 100 dollars on top of already 100 dollar deposit? Not acceptable. Left... All rooms need the their beat up 1980 frigerators replaced.
