Bom hotel, mas necessita de modernização

Café da manhã

Cons:

Instalações necessitam de reforma, especialmente o banheiro. As tomadas ao lado da cama não funcionam bem ou estão mal posicionadas. A localização é boa, mas se tivesse que voltar a turismo, escolheria Savassi.

O quarto que fiquei desta vez, o 712, precisa de manutenção. Papel de parede descolando em uma parte e falta de tomada junto à cabeceira

Pros:

Localização, estrutura, comida, custo benefício, tudo estava ótimo. Cama confortável, quarto bem iluminado naturalmente, boas instalações.. não temos o que reclamar. A vista da nossa janela era um espetáculo!!!

Cons:

Depois de tentar, somente no terceiro quarto oferecido com upgrade realmente efetivo ficou razoável porque os quartos cheiram mofo. O primeiro quarto foi oferecido com duas camas de solteiro e o atendente sugeriu fazer uma junção. Tentamos, mas ao arrastar a cabeceira da cama a parede estava preta de mofo, um horror. Os elevadores não funcionam bem, o lixo do estacionamento ficou por 4 dias a ser retirado, garagem super mal cuidada. Esperava mais por um hotel desta rede.

Ambiente moderno e limpo. Quartos confortáveis, que atenderam ao conforto que esperávamos. Ficamos em camas individuais por 3 noites e conseguimos dormir bem.
