Fiz a reserva no aplicativo, nao falava sobre ter o café da manhã ou nao, chegando na hora nao pudemos tomar o café, achei ridículo essa situação, nao volto mais a Hóspedar nesse hotel
Uma excelente localização, uma vista bacana, funcionários educados, excelente café da manhã.
Agora o Ar condicionado, fiquei muito irritado um barulho não condiz com conforto que hotel proporciona, fiquei em dois apartamentos com mesma situação, Agora quem não tem problemas com barulho poder ficar e ser feliz.
Suite maravilhosa.
Na manha do dia 08/03, fomos obrigados a acordar às 06:38 da manha devido um barulho no teto ou lateral da suite 2101, suite esta Master do hotel. Infelizmentes tivemos de deixar a suite antes do esperado pois nao tinha condições de ficar ali em repouso ou dormindo nele. Não descemos para o café da manha indo diretamente ao nosso carro no estacionamento e seguindo viagem. Nao passamos pela recepção do hotel e deixamos as chaves dentro do quarto para evitarmos transtornos pois liguei 02 vezes na recepção para solucionarem tal barulho mas sem sucesso!
