Eu já tinha ficado no hotel algumas vezes, é confortável e moderno, com bons restaurantes ao redor e um bom estacionamento. Fizemos o check in tranquilo e o quarto era silencioso e a cama era bem boa com cobertas pesadas (adoro).

Cons:

Eu achei alguns fios de cabelo no banheiro assim que cheguei, especialmente no chuveiro, o que me da a impressão que não foi limpo com muita atenção. O recepcionista que nos atendeu no checkin da madrugada era meio mal humorado também.

Pedi uma coberta para minha filha, pois não tinha na cama dela, apenas um lençol fino! O funcionário veio após 10 minutos e pediu ao meu marido pra entrar no quarto para verificar, uma situação bastante constrangedora visto que já era MEIA noite e estávamos deitadas. Além do mais demorou mais cerca de 10 minutos para retornar com o cobertor. Uma coisa que eu nem deveria pedir, afinal já era para estar lá disponível!

Café da manhã deixa a desejar na qualidade e com custo alto para quem já está hospedado, 88 reais por pessoa.

Instalações do quarto antigas, frigobar barulhento, colchão extremamente mole.

Cons:

Limpeza decaiu muito. Péssima limpeza dos quartos (cabelos no chão, áreas com acúmulo de sujeira, janelas mal limpas, não reposição de papel higiênico). Tivemos que pedir por duas vezes e após algumas horas conseguimos reposição de papel higiênico. Armários com poucos cabides e pouco espaço para roupas, apesar do quarto ser grande. A mesma queda de qualidade no serviço vem ocorrendo em outros hoteis do grupo, como Caesar Business Belvedere e Mercure Vila da Serra.
