Pros:

o hotel é bom. boa localização para o que eu precisava. Não usei nenhum serviço de café da manha, quarto ou restaurante então não posso opinar.

Cons:

achei os corredores com pintura desgastada. Aparência de não ser bem cuidado. Não que desabone ou deixe de recomendar. Mas parto do principio que neste padrão isso não deveria ocorrer.

Pros:

Eu achei a limpeza do banheiro muito precária , cheia de lodo e sujeira na pia , teriam que fazer a reposição de ítens do banheiro( papel higiênico, sabonete líquido, sabonete , toucinho de cabelo , antes de entrarmos no quarto .
Outros pontos é o café da manhã sem pão francês fresco e outras opções .

Cons:

Funcionários antipáticos, torneira da pia com pouca água, quarto abafado, elevador nunca funcionava com o cartão do quarto. Pelo preço elevado, muito aquém do mínimo.

Quarto espaçoso, bem higienizado

Cons:

O quarto era longe do elevador, e para minha mãe idosa teria sido melhor se fosse mais próximo.Como era apenas 1 diária, achei melhor não pedir a mudança.

O primeiro quarto que fui alocada estava com mofo. No segundo quarto os itens do banheiro apesar de ter solicitado algumas vezes, não foi atendido.
