Poderia ter sido bem melhor
Pros:

Espaço no quarto e café da manhã

Cons:

Apenas dois funcionários para fazer check In, deixando o cliente esperar por tempo demais para o mesmo.
Outro ponto foi a demora da recepção em atender a chamada do quarto. Acionei a recepção para me acordar às 6:00 e não me acordaram. Penso que um treinamento mais eficaz resolve estas questões.
