Cons:

Habiendo estado alojada anteriormente en el hotel en habitaciones normales las camas eran cómodas.Este viaje en la 301 habitación preparada para discapacitados,me preguntó que tienen contra ellos para que su cama sea tan incómoda y un colchón tan incómodo.
Yo no solicité está habitación, pero tengo un 65 de discapacidad,, descubrir por casualidad lo poco que les importamos me produce una impotencia tremenda por las personas que no pueden utilizar una habitación normal.
Golpes tremendos en el hotel a altas horas de la madrugada,junto con gritos.
Estaba hospedada para ir al hospital los huéspedes tienen derecho y libertad para disfrutar de su placer,pero el hotel debería de velar por el derecho de los huéspedes que se alojan para otros meresteres

Séjour très confortable dans cet hôtel propre et clair
Pros:

Chambre très confortable, une excellente surprise dans cet hôtel "budget". Personnel souriant et agréable, petit-déjeuner OK, rien à redire sur la propreté.

Cons:

Ceci n'est pas une critique propre à l'hôtel, mais elle pourrait être utile à d'autres. Arrivés en train, nous avons rejoint l'hôtel à pied de la gare, ce qui n'est pas une bonne idée (route sans trottoir, particulièrement dangereuse en suivant l'Av. Mostoles - nous avons ensuite emprunté un itinéraire plus long mais plus sécurisé pour piétons, mais les quelques derniers mètres restent sport à pied !). L'accès en voiture est plus que recommandé.
