It was okay
Pros:

Close to the train station, easy to find. It has 24 hr checkin, so arriving late on the train is very helpful. Breakfast as good

Cons:

It is what i expected...a temporarily stay for one night. The hotel is not fancy, but sufficient. The elevator was broken and climbing three flights of stairs with luggage after all day of travel was not something we were prepared to do. However, the consierge accomodated US by giving us a room on the ground floor instead

Cons:

The man at the front desk was very aggressively rude. He was difficult to work with and made check in stressful. After a very long day of traveling he made me cry, and he seemed angry when I walked in.

Pros:

We were there in July and the Air con was brilliant. The location is excellent 4 min away from Termini station and near restaurant’s and shops . Breakfast was good staff were very good.

Cons:

It was very outdated and basic but clean and comfortable and good value.

Camera quadrupla confortevole con arredi nuovi, moderni e colori ben abbinati, letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli comodi. Bellissima la finestra tutta parete che da sul cortili interno.
Bagno nuovo e pulito. Staff gentile.
Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Termini comoda per prendere la metropolitana.

Cons:

Finestre con vetri spessi che proteggono da rumori esterni ma pareti sottili tra una stanza e l’altra, si sentono i vicini parlare, la doccia il phon acceso…
La colazione salata, affettati poco invitanti.
