Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Mostly reported as clean and updated in many reviews, but several comments note issues (dirty pool, one report of very dirty, and occasional room problems), so cleanliness is good overall but with notable lapses.
Service
9.1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, able to accommodate early check-in or room changes; breakfast attendants praised—service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9
Multiple reviews highlight a great, convenient location near restaurants and the highway; location is consistently a strong positive.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as clean, modern and spacious with comfortable beds by many guests, though some noted issues (bed comfort variability, TV not working, connector door, bed frame misaligned) leading to a solid but not perfect score.
Amenities
7.6
Amenities like pool, hot tub and fitness center are appreciated (fitness center singled out as fantastic), but recurring issues (unclean pool, lack of towels, occasional no-wifi/streaming complaints) reduce the rating.
Value for Money
8
Many guests called it good value or a great price and would return, though a few questioned the cost (example: $175) after service/room delays; overall value is positive.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast and breakfast staff receive repeated praise (better than typical, friendly attendants); no major negative comments about food service.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall impressions are largely positive with multiple ‘excellent’ and ‘wonderful’ stays and many repeat intentions to return; isolated negatives (pool cleanliness, check-in delays) balance to the target overall rating.
