Breakfast was fine
Very noisy and not kept up to date
The breakfast was very good, lots of selection. The hot food was kept very hot ( sometimes that doesn't happen in other places) and the cinnamon rolls were an unexpected but welcome surprise.
I enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. It was clean and well maintained
The beds are the best! I believe they are the most comfortable I've experienced in any hotel.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was so nice and everything was kept clean. Location was perfect and lots of places to eat.
The guy at the front desk wasn’t overly friendly. He didn’t tell us the best area to park in that was close to our room. I had to ask him and he said go around back but then there wasn’t a door to enter there so went in a side entrance and walked a long way to our room. After dinner we parked in a better spot for our room. Weird layout and had to call about the tv not working and they did know the solution so maybe note it in the room.
I stayed here on my way home from a trip East. It was a typical good Holiday Inn Express. It is very cldan and the staff nice and helpful. There is a fitness center and there may be a pool (not sure). There was a room save, which is a welcome perk. There was a walk in shower, which I always prefer and it has the bottles of soap, etc., which is great and not wasteful. It is in a somewhat remote area, which keeps traffic down. I am glad I stayed here.
Breakfast and location were fine.
I am so tired of arriving to a hotel only to find out the hot tub does not work. A working hot tub is one of the reasons I booked this property. How hard is it to make sure the hot tub is working?

Front desk person was very helpful. I don't take elevators, so he gave us a room near the stairs. Much appreciated.
