Met our needs. We were exhausted from driving in the mountains and it was late. Price reasonable.
Pros:

Room was quiet and comfortable, with light-blocking drapes. Adequate free breakfast (similar to most motels), and area was kept very clean and stocked up. Scrambled eggs (likely made from frozen liquid eggs), sausage patties, fried potatoes (likely from pre-cooked frozen), instant oatmeal packets, waffle batter, bagels, muffins, toast, etc. Plenty of coffee. Easy to reserve a room online minutes before we arrived, fairly late in evening.

Cons:

There seemed to be no hot water before 6 am the morning we left (1 night stay), even when given plenty of time to warm up. At 6 am, suddenly there was plenty of hot water without warm-up time. If you use the bathroom light as a nightlight, know that there's no way to avoid the fan running when the light is on, in the shower/toilet room.

Loved the rooms and our stay!
Pros:

It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were great and it was a perfect location. Not too close to chaos but close enough that didn’t have to travel far.

Cons:

I wish breakfast was served later than 9:30, maybe till 10:30. Don’t get me wrong I could have forced us to get up and be there in time but we went to bed late a lot and it was nice to sleep in till 10 lol. I don’t get that option a lot so wanted it on vacay. Besides that everything was perfect.

Awful service and not clean. Don’t stay there
Cons:

The property was dirty and our room was filthy. Is was supposed to be 2 queen beds. They are full size. We stayed one night because we got in so late and asked for a refund for the second night and still have not received it.

Nice property. Always clean and comfortable. Bathroom could use a little extra love. There was dust and dirt behind bath

Cons:

There was no freezer. I was disappointed because I have to have an ice pack at night. I couldn't use the one I brought because the mini fridge didn't have freezer.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable. AC works. Good breakfast.
Just basics of a hotel was present

Cons:

Staff hospitality wasn't great. Gave the worst possible room even though other guests were given better rooms (view/location wise)
Fridge door and bathroom doors broken.
No drinking water provided with the room.

Fantastic after overcoming obstacles.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. The beds super comfortable and having the river right below our balcony was wonderful.

Cons:

We were in a very nice large handicap room. However the toilet was lower than a wheelchair inhibiting my friend from transitioning UP to wheelchair level. I had to go out and buy a toilet riser.

There was very limited handicap parking spots for as massive the hotel was. I doubt this met ADA standards.
