I had the misfortune of encountering the grumpiest front desk lady ever on 6/24/26! She looked like she sucked on a lemon all day her face was very unpleasant.I tried to explain that my Tennessee ID was for work purposes and im not a local im Jamaican i just travel for work and i did my tn id so its easier rather than always having to show my passport, but she just wouldn't have it. She kept giving me attitude, talking over me, and making it clear that locals weren't welcome. I felt like asking her what her problem was, but I bit my tongue. She ruined my whole night i felt awful and curious as to why that lady was behaving like that I couldn't wait to get out of there thank god it was just one night. Needless to say, I won't be back!

It was good for a short stay but I won’t go back.
Pros:

Easy access to get to the property.

Cons:

It just wasn’t kept up, it’s like nothing has really been done to the place since it was built. Room was big and kinda clean but the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

We enjoyed our four night stay.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Property was located on the far end of Pigeon Forge. Only about 4 miles from Gatlinburg

Cons:

The property was older and in need of some updates. However, it was clean and everything was working properly. The staff was friendly and helpful with any requests.

Cons:

Bedroom was nasty. Tub was dirty. Hairs in the bed and they weren’t mine. Long hairs and I have short.
Staff doesn’t care. Hotel rooms need severe updates. TV half worked and had green lines running in it.
