Pros:

Very nice place staff was friendly and helpful good size room and a good price.

Cons:

It could have been a little cleaner looks like the upholstery and carpets could use a good cleaning. And the hallway was hot. For the price you pay though you should expect a few things. Overall it was a very good place.

Safe and great location, but not planning to stay again.
Pros:

Property felt safe, great location with a beautiful view of the river from some rooms and from the breakfast area, free and convenient parking, breakfast was decent (not great, but not bad). Mostly clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. It was very quiet at night.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as I prefer: the mattress cover was stained and appeared to need a wash, some stuff on carpet like it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. The shower temperature was not hot in our room. The pillows were very flat.

The balcony looking at the river was the only thing pleasant about this place

Cons:

This place was nasty nasty nasty nasty. The hallway was so hot you couldn't even breathe. The room was not vacuumed the tables weren't even wiped off or anything from people being there before the outside covers on the bed were also very nasty there was a bench where you can set your clothing and things on which was also nasty evidently they have put trash on it before which set and they didn't even clean it off so they was dried up liquid and also pieces of crumbs on it. Very sad this hotel is about 6 years old and it's in this shape already! I stayed here when it first opened it was nice another time I did have a bad experience but this time this place is just nasty I will never stay there again. I didn't even shower there it was so nasty I just got my stuff and went home. Also the mattresses on the beds were horrible and need to be replaced

Most the staff was nice except a South Asian staff front desk employee, she was very rude.

Pros:

Conveniently located to everything. We loved the balcony we had off our room. The creek and the ducks were great too. Room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly.

I had the misfortune of encountering the grumpiest front desk lady ever on 6/24/26! She looked like she sucked on a lemon all day her face was very unpleasant.I tried to explain that my Tennessee ID was for work purposes and im not a local im Jamaican i just travel for work and i did my tn id so its easier rather than always having to show my passport, but she just wouldn't have it. She kept giving me attitude, talking over me, and making it clear that locals weren't welcome. I felt like asking her what her problem was, but I bit my tongue. She ruined my whole night i felt awful and curious as to why that lady was behaving like that I couldn't wait to get out of there thank god it was just one night. Needless to say, I won't be back!
