I checked in late evening - around 9:30? No one was at the front/check in desk. I waited and no one came. I called the hotel on my phone and when I heard the front desk phone ringing, the clerk appeared from around the corner. Maybe she was looking into the problem the hotel was having which was no hot water. The clerk never mentioned that there was no hot water in the hotel. When I called in the morning to let the fron desk now I did not have any hot water, I was put on hold indefinitely. I called back again but my call was never answered. I only discovere there was d no hot water when I tried to take a shower in the morning. WHen I checked out, I told the clerk that there was no hot water in my room - at which time he told me that there had been no hot water since the previous night. I was given a parking label to place in my car when I checked in - I was not informed that there was a $10 charge for parking - only that my credit card was needed to hold for a refundable $50 charge if I did not use it for meals.
Upon entering the room at check in, I noted my cloth slippers were very wet. I noted the room was clean, but the carpeted area walking into the bathroom was soaking wet. I could not find a leak anywhere. I am surprised the housekeeping did not notice this area. I used the large towels to soak up the excess water.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location is great for work
The hot water wasn’t working and I had to take a very cold shower. When I told the front desk at checkout, I was told that they were aware and there was nothing they could do to compensate me because I wasn’t a member.
Nothing to say. They charged for car parking, there is complimentary breakfast.. nothing to say good.
Being charged for parking. Just put it in the price of the room. You wont because price is how people pick a hotel
They charged for parking overnight and they don't have a breakfast buffet. I think that the room rate they charge they should provide free parking!
The breakfast was wonderful. Great portions. I enjoyed it whenever i had it
