Internet unusable (too slow), breakfast very limited, missing cutlery (no spoons, broken knifes), clogged drain in bathroom, windows hard to open
The breakfast was nice, the overall property was nice and in a nice location.
The sleeper sofa should not even count as a bed. It was so uncomfortable, even by sleeper sofa standards. The actual bed left much to be desired as well. The sleeper couch also had three empty liquor bottles stuffed in it, making it feel like it is not cleaned often.
Very convenient location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband, who depends on a walker or wheelchair, fell while alone in the room and was unable to get up. Housekeeping heard his call for help and came to his aid. Other staff members checked in on him to make sure he was well. All were very kind and helpful.
The bed heights in all hotels these days are challenging for those with mobility issues.
It was quiet this is my second time staying at this location.

The hotel landline in the room was not working. Cleaning service never made it to our room (we stayed 4 days) they said they would come when available but never did so we had to throw out our trash and get new trash bags for our room. The breakfast was not the best, just okay. We had a broken window and no bedding for the sofa bed. Found myself constantly going down to the lobby for something. It’s good for the little money spent, great location just didn’t give vacation vibes due to constant little hiccups.
This was an excellent day my daughter really enjoyed it
