Never staying again
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

The staff was not knowledgeable.They booked us in a building that had a broken elevator on the 3rd floor knowingly that I had an elderly mother that could not climb stairs. When I ask for a room changed, they let me know that there was no rooms available in either building. And encouraged me to use the elevator at my own risk. The elevator did break down during my visit and someone did get stuck in it. My elderly mother had to climb the three flights of stairs and almost hyperventilated.

Exceptional staff but needs updating!
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights in the 2 bedroom suite. First thing I want to say is that all the people who work there are super accommodating and friendly! That is worth so much in my book. Also, the beds were clean and so comfortable. But would I stay again, sadly no. And this is because the place needs remodeling. The furniture needs to be replaced and the flooring gave me the creeps. The kitchen floor was weirdly sticky. The mirror in bathroom was old and chipped. The bathroom corners werent the cleanest. The place needs some tender care. I loved the outside grill area and the large pond. Id almost come back for the outside. This place could be amazing! Its a shame.

Just a couple of friends having a girls' weekend. I would definitely recommend and stay again myself
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good, for pre-packaged food. The waffles were surprisingly good, the omelets were decent. BUT the biggest star you get is for JEANETTE at the front desk. SHE WAS A ROCKSTAR!!!!! Kind, sweet and helpful! She deserves a RAISE, lol!!

Cons:

There was no bacon for breakfast, boo! LOL!

It was easy, convenient, and comfortable.
Pros:

I loved the room size and layout. The breakfast was amazing. Staff was very helpful and kind. Parking was great and convenient.

Cons:

The only thing I saw improvement for during my time was the wifi, but I just used my cellular data which was bit an issue.

Acceptable
Pros:

staff, welcome package (bottle of water, popcorn), all day available coffee, location, good bed, bathroom amenities (shampoo, contitioner, shower gel in big refillable bottles)

Cons:

Internet unusable (too slow), breakfast very limited, missing cutlery (no spoons, broken knifes), clogged drain in bathroom, windows hard to open

It was ok, and good for the price.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice, the overall property was nice and in a nice location.

Cons:

The sleeper sofa should not even count as a bed. It was so uncomfortable, even by sleeper sofa standards. The actual bed left much to be desired as well. The sleeper couch also had three empty liquor bottles stuffed in it, making it feel like it is not cleaned often.

Caring staff came to the aid of guest
Pros:

Very convenient location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband, who depends on a walker or wheelchair, fell while alone in the room and was unable to get up. Housekeeping heard his call for help and came to his aid. Other staff members checked in on him to make sure he was well. All were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The bed heights in all hotels these days are challenging for those with mobility issues.
