Pros:

The staff was excellent and accommodating during a really hard time for my family. Extremely grateful we chose this hotel, it was great for our two young children. The breakfast was exceptional.

Pros:

Good restaurants on either side of the hotel. Hotel was nice and quiet and breakfast was good with a big selection.

Cons:

Wish they'd been more welcoming to our dog. We've stayed in other hotels that had water and food dishes ready to use, which was so convenient.

Over decent hotel, good location.
Pros:

Cold AC, mostly clean(not bathroom), friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Shower had hair in it on arrival. Pool and hot were not open:(

It was just ok. Not the 9.0 rating i was expecting!
Pros:

Property was clean and kept up well. Staff was amazing.
Bedding was clean. Nice refrigerator and sink in kitchenette area.

Cons:

Room needs alot of updating. Very hard bed and flooring is disgusting.
Bathroom especially. Plumbing loose in the wall in the bathtub for shower. Sink had absolutely no pressure. No vent fan.
Key cards quit working.
