Pros:

Rooms were modern and clean. Pool are was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Wifi was so poor that we had to shut off the wifi on our phones and use data instead to be able to do anything. Nothing would load.

Served it’s purpose
Pros:

The staff and location were nice. Did not realize there was so much construction in hotel at the time. Breakfast was not very good at all. The food tasted all premade boxed. Please get rid of the pancake 3D printer. It was so nasty! Normally there is plenty of fresh fruits and they only had bananas and zero varieties of breads for toasting. Also coffee machine broke three times and worker said o well Dunkies is down the street.

Very loud and uninformed staff
Cons:

The employees tell you things they don’t really know about and you don’t know ahead of time they hold an extra $200+on card till you arrive , when to late to canceal. Staff tells you returns day you leave it don’t. Made my account short and caused me to not get meds on time because shorted my account, so money wasn’t there for my mail out meds. Staff shouldn’t say things they don’t know !!! Very disappointed .
