Unhappy with the front desk staff
Pros:

Room comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Person on front desk that checked us in was very rude, her tone of voice towards us was very unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us she spoke to us in a rude manner that made us feel uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue so that future guests can get better care.

Clean and spacious one-bedroom suite
Pros:

We traveled in a group of four. The room was spacious enough, with a foldable bed for one person in a separate room which was essential for us. The rooms and bathroom were clean, beds are comfortable. The breakfast included options of scrambled eggs, sausages and patties, yogurts, etc. - nice to have it when you are planning to start you day early and travel far.

Cons:

The only complain was about the mattress in the folding bed: quite flat and not supportive. But taking together with all the positives, it wasn't a deal breaker.

Pros:

Rooms were modern and clean. Pool are was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Wifi was so poor that we had to shut off the wifi on our phones and use data instead to be able to do anything. Nothing would load.
