Good breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

Our original room's TV didn't work. The front desk person came to the room several times to try and rectify things. She asked for help from other staff to no avail. She changed our room which required us repacking etc. The second room had two bedside lights that did not work. She went to housekeeping and returned and replaced both light bulbs. The entire process took an hour. She was very pleasant and did her best to fix things. After a long day it was not a good ending. We felt the room should be comped but it wasn't.

The breakfast was, well the eggs were OVER COOKED... ive ben too other holiday Inn express, where the Breakfast was much more vast and well prepared..( the ENITRE REASON WHY I BOOKED HOLIDAY INN). The desk, and room service was AMAZING, very attentive and accommodating
