Cons:

My party only stayed one night out of the three, she told me the receptionist was I'll mannered. She also told me she told them to refund the next 2 days. So far I haven't received anything. I will try and talk to an manager.

Cons:

The cleaning staff knocking on my door at 8:30am the day of checkout to see if we were in the room still so they could clean it. Woke me and my children up when checkout is not until 11pm. Horrible for me and the kiddos.

It was ok only for a night between traveling

Gave me a occupied room upon arrival someone started yelling as I was opening door my daughter reached in remove latch we didn't know it was occupied I'm fortunate he didn't slam door with my daughters fingers in between.coffee cold in afternoon .carts handles were broken
