Our problem was with one front desk person. I'm older and she spoke softly. I asked her to speak up...3 times. At the end she gave me elevator instruction in a booming voice. ( Showing off,) Later I mentioned our shower didn't work. She pointed to a small sign that showed how to properly work the shower head. I said the would have come in handy had it been in the room rather than on your desk. My 73 year old husband had to get down on his hands and knees in order to wash his hair. She responded, "Aw....!" But no apologies or explanation at all. Also the ac in our room worked poorly but I didn't even bother to complain...we stayed 2 nights but probably wouldn't stay here again.

The breakfast was fine, I enjoyed the variety of options. The parking was easy. I did get a refund for staying in the dirty, used room, so I appreciate this.
I showed up around 10:30pm after a long day of driving on Route 66. I ended up getting to the room and it was dirty and used. The sheets were open and there was a dirty bandaid in the garbage can. Apparently, someone went into the room, complained because the carpet was wet and ask for a new room. The front desk never checked to see if the room was used and sent me up there instead. There were no other available rooms, so I ended up sleeping in the used bed.
The bed was comfortable
They goofed up with the room reservations and it was most inconvenient to say the least
It was cold outside and they would not even allow my dog inside. Even if I kept it in the crate. Dog had to sleep out in car in 35 degrees. I happened to have blankets, but in my opinion, thumbs down. Also breakfast was the same both days.
