Excellent service and staff, well worth the spend
Pros:

Excellent location and the hotel was to a very high standard, the staff were just brilliant. The food variety was very good and cooked to a high standard

Clean comfy rooms.

Cons:

Expensive restaurants with slow service. Received a croissant that was still frozen in the middle which we had waited for for quite a long time.
Deposit was taken, but took some time to return after we checked out. This was not clearly explained either.

A good place but need to correct some basics...
Pros:

Location was good. Was close to Pragthi Maiden exhibition center. Good hotel and worth the money in busy center of Dehli. Good friendly staff. Greetings always, sometimes bit too many...

Cons:

Check in was long, typical lengthy Indian check in procedures. Took lot of time. For such a big hotel only three checkin counters. Made first impression bad. Next get in to the elevator the key card syetem is ancient and dose not work properly. During our stay the lift took us up and down several times since the scanner was not working properly. Best you add extre few minutes to your schedule to manage the time loss in case. Food in restaurants have mild to no taste. If you want real indian food take a few minutes walk down the road to have some real Indian food for fraction of the cost.

Luxurious, well located and great reception!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. You are treated as special from the minute you walk in. Good room size and we were greeted with some welcome treats too. Overall one of the best check in experiences. Breakfast was brilliant, great variety and good to see the Head Chef and Manager visit tables and ask about their experience. Beautiful pool area. Great location so close to Connaught Place and not too far from the Airport.

Cons:

The egg station. You give your order and table number but some of the waiters are bringing orders directly from tables and our order got more and more delayed (watch out for that). You can only use the gym if over 15. My 13 YO wanted to use it but couldn't which is a shame.

Länsimaalaiselle aamiainen hieman hankala kun tuotteet pääosin paikallisia, mutta saimme vatsat täyteen.
Kiva että aamiaisaluetta oli laajennettu kahteen tilaan.

Cons:

Tilasimme aikaisen aamiaisen 6.45 mutta ne eivät olleet valmiina niitä noutaessa. Huoneet kaipaa uudistusta.

I did like the staff at reception, very nice and polite and well dressed, everyone was smiling and greeting us.
The elevators were really fast
The bakery was really nice, even though it looked closed all the time

The OKO restaurant is a really pleasant one, live music, not too loud, sushi is amazing and staff attentive and professional

some parts of the hotel, I didn't like but not all of it, overall is pleasant but overpriced
The arrival drop off is a bit too crowded and not managed properly
Security checks on arrivals are lacking on accuracy.
Some parts of the corridors, at the room's floors are a bit outdated and not clean properly.
