Just perfect 😊
Pros:

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and everything was just perfect. Rooms wear neat and clean ,pool is well maintained and very huge, breakfast was delicious , staff was courteous and welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay here and will surely come whenever we are in delhi next time

Amazing experience, rooms, location
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Shiba helped us in smooth booking. Verry very spacious rooms and amazing breakfast spread. Have been going here since 2024,every month, loction is the highlight and room size is unparalleled. Temperature controlled pool is a blessing. Thanks lalit and shiba for the amazing stays always.

Pros:

Our stay at The Leela Palace New Delhi had a few challenges at the beginning, but I want to highlight several members of the team who truly made a positive difference during our stay.

Rithik was welcoming and very attentive from the moment we arrived. In the club lounge, Afifa, Shifa, and Solo were wonderful—warm, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Ghufran, Nitin, Sahab, Sumit, and Akshat were also extremely polite and accommodating, and their hospitality did not go unnoticed.

I would also like to thank Ashish Malhotra, who took the time to meet us at checkout, listen to our concerns, and help resolve the situation. His professionalism and willingness to address the matter were appreciated.

What stood out most was how kind, humble, and attentive many of the staff were. They genuinely made an effort to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after, which made parts of our stay very enjoyable.

The property itself is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. While there were a few service inconsistencies earlier in the stay, the efforts of the staff mentioned above helped improve the overall experience.

Thank you to the team for your hospitality.

While the property itself is beautiful, the service was inconsistent at times. We experienced issues from the first night, including difficulties with our luggage arrangements at the airport, which caused unnecessary stress. Some staff members were not particularly helpful when assistance was needed, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. That said, management did eventually step in to address the situation and several other members of staff were excellent and very attentive.

Worst experience. Never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst management . Same experience I got in Lalit Goa two month ago. No listeners. No request accept here . And last I booked my stay here for 6 days. I must say Lalit should take training from TRIDENT AND TAJ GROUP. They know what is hospitality. They know how to behave with customers.

Appalling experience
Pros:

Run down rooms. One room booked for 3 adults supplied with wrecked foldable bed. After complaining changed to an old metal bed. Other room even worse water marks on wooden floor. Overall a 3 star hotel. Lobby is luxury and first impression you would think the rooms would be to that standard but unfortunately very poor. Communication with duty manager was hopeless felt he was trying to avoid me. Ruined my stay and wasted my money as it was not cheap.

הצוות בקבלה היה לא אמין ונתן שירות גרוע , כשביקשנו להאריך את שהותנו נתנו לנו מידע שגוי ומחיר כפול !!! ממה שהיה בבוקינג . כמו כן נאמר לנו שעלינו לעבור לסוויטה שרק היא פנויה אך בפועל כאשר באנו לעבור חדר ( שהוזמן בבוקינג) נאמר לנו שיש הרבה חדרים רגילים פנויים . בקיצור צוות לא מקצועי שרצה לסחוט כספים ונתן מידע לא נכון - תזהרו !!

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay over there with my friends for two nights, which was great. The staff in particular are quite humble, the room is well maintained and all needs are taken care of fairly well.

Cons:

I personally disliked the breakfast a lot. For the price vs. performance ratio, it's extremely disappointing to me. Otherwise, it suffices the expectations (for most) of a fair continental breakfast offer.
