Świetny hotel w centrum miasta!
Pros:

Super miła obsługa. Śniadanie hinduskie, co uważam za duży plus (oczywiście jajecznica czy omlet też się znajdą 😉). Woda bez limitu, napełnili też nasze bidony. Korzystałem z restauracji a’la carte, wszystko było wyśmienite! Pokój i cały hotel błyszczały z czystości.

Cons:

Zepsuty sejf nie został naprawiony, pomimo mojego zgłoszenia.
Przy zamawianiu taxi przez concierge dostałem cenę x 10 w stosunku to ubera. Trochę scam.

I would never book this hotel again.
Pros:

called the hotel before our arrival to make payment or provide my card details. The hotel informed me that payment could be made at check-in, so I followed their instructions.

However, while we were on our flight to India, the hotel cancelled our reservation. We landed after midnight with my elderly mother and my young daughter, only to discover that we had no accommodation. At that time of night, it was extremely difficult to find another hotel or make an online booking.

I contacted Booking.com immediately. They assured me they would contact alternative properties and arrange accommodation for us, but unfortunately nothing was done. We were left stranded in the middle of the night in a foreign country with no place to stay.

This was an extremely stressful and upsetting experience. Because of the way this situation was handled by both the hotel and Booking.com, we have completely lost confidence in this hotel and would not book with them again. I hope no other family has to go through such an ordeal.
