Very comfortable but the prices did not match the standards.
Pros:

The staff were generally very good, although service in the restaurant was very slow.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was terrible and extortionately priced. The cafe beside the pool’s food quality was particularly poor

Efficient and friendly staff. Room package and hotel details well explained on arrival. Large and well maintained room with huge bathroom. Room facilities excellent, plenty of charging points. Good choice of dining options. Large and well maintained pool. Plenty of sun loungers,
Staff arranged a fairly price taxi to Old Delhi for me and on my return, were keen to know what I had done, had I enjoyed myself? They cared. Taxi to airport efficiently organised. This was my 3rd stay here, looking forward to the 4th.

Locatia perfecta in New Delhi.
Pros:

Amplasarea excelentă. Foarte curat tot hotelul. Si foarte frumos! E decorat ca o galerie de arta. Toate restaurantele sunt foarte bune, si piscina foarte bine întreținută si curată.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut servciul lor de modificare a rezervarii, online. Am vrut sa modific rezervarea cu suficient de multe zile înainte, si mi-au cerut sa mi-o anulez si sa rezerv din nou, situatie in care as fi pierdut reducerea. Le-am scris, am insistat, dar nu am reușit, desi platforma indica faptul ca pot sa modific rezervarea. Similar si cu serviciul de early check-in. Pana la urma am rezolvat totul on site, cand am ajuns la hotel, direct cu personalul de la receptie, care a fost extraordinar. Niste tineri foarte bine pregătiți si amabili.
