Very clean room and prefect location however one member of staff on reception make the stay very disappointing
I kindly asked for some milks for the room
As usually they are complimentary along with tea bags and coffee sachets . I was refused by one member of staff and said rudely that I would only be allowed if I had breakfast in the Hotel ? I said there is a kettle in the room along with complimentary tea /coffee and 2 milks . However I was staying with my daugther I needed more , I like to have a cup of tea before bed . He gave me 8 little milks , again he was very rude and didn't like giving it to me .On my departure I mentioned about this a another receptionist said that usually it's free
Bel hotel propre et bien situé
Location is opposite the Paris du Gare du Nord train station so it is ideal for arriving and departing. This is a basic hotel that meets all expectations in terms of being clean enough and comfortable enough without excelling or being anything special. The breakfast was nothing special but enough to be acceptable. You are right next to the subway, which is the cheapest way to get around Paris.
Everything is compact including the shower and room, but it does work. Its expensive for most EU countries but is the going price for Paris, and you are right next to the train station with access to the subway.
My room was larger than expected, very clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. 24 hour desk and secure building

Breakfast selection good, apart from the scrambled egg/bacon.
Had to move from original booked room as too cold. New room offered was warmer. The young chap who was on Reception was extremely polite and sorted the matter instantly. Unfortunately did not get his name.
Sound on TV was not working. Tried everything and we could not get it working. The problem was not the remote, it was the tv setting on mute. I called Reception and staff member on duty (not the polite young chap from earlier but an older member of staff) said he couldn’t come to the room and that we should go to reception and bring the remote. We were all in pjs after a long day touring the city so asked him politely to come to the room. He said he was with a customer so we said that’s fine, just come when they are sorted. He sounded like he had been inconvenienced but said he would come to the room! HE NEVER CAME!!

Table in breakfast room right by kitchen, kitchen door open, staff in and out, noisy as tables were cleared. sitting space tight.
scrambled egg/bacon was not at all appetising, egg was not cooked properly, liquid form!
Building work right outside hotel and this should be noted on Booking.com as it was extremely noisy first thing this morning.

Some strange customers. Lady refusing to give room number in public for breakfast…shouting and staring at everyone. Can hear the neighbour leaving early in the morning

ユーロスターを利用する為に宿泊したので、北駅が目の前でとても便利だった。北駅の目の前だが、夜は騒がしく感じなかった。
内装工事中？だったので、綺麗な反面、ペンキのにおいがしたが、窓を開ければ解決できました。
チェックアウト前に朝食を食べに出掛けて戻ったら部屋の掃除をしてた。清掃員の方はいい人だったのでよかったが、チェックアウト前に清掃に入るのは安全面で不安になります。シャンプーはあるが、ティッシュペーパーはなかった。冷蔵庫もないです。
A localização era boa, a cama era muito confortável e o quarto era muito limpo. Foi uma boa escolha em frente à Gare du Nord.
Havia um vão no vidro da área do chuveiro e o banheiro ficava molhado após o banho. Isso era inconveniente, mas não nos atrapalhou.
