Pros:

Everything was perfect and I can’t see myself staying anywhere else for my next short stay.

La proximité de la gare du nord. Le rapport qualité prix. Le personnel bienveillant. Le confort de la chambre, la douche spacieuse.

Cons:

Dans la salle de bain, la pomme de douche flexible était cassée, celle du plafond fonctionnait bien.

A gem in Gard du Nord
Pros:

Location is ideal. Rooms are lovely. Staff are helpful. A lot of food options nearby, aside from French.

Cons:

Wifi in the room is slow. You have to go down to the reception to get a good connection.

My experience was mixed.

The hotel was close to the station.

Cons:

I booked this hotel after watching a YouTube review that gave a very positive impression, and while my stay had some challenges, I appreciate the hotel's efforts to address them.
During my visit, the weather in Paris was quite warm, and unfortunately the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. The front desk informed me that the system had been experiencing issues for several days. While this did affect the comfort of our stay, I appreciate that the hotel ultimately provided a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.
The room itself was generally adequate, though some areas could benefit from additional attention and updates.
Despite these issues, I would like to recognize the hotel for acknowledging the inconvenience and providing a partial refund. With improvements to the air conditioning and some room updates, the guest experience could be much better. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

Otimo custo benefício para poucos dias.
Pros:

Ótima localização para a Eurostar, literalmente em frente a estação. Valeu muito para 1 diária. Cama confortável e espaçosa, quarto agradável. Recepção atenciosa.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno, falta espaço para malas. Para mais dias com crianças se torna mais desafiador.

Great stay, no complaints within the one day I visited.
Pros:

The front desk was very helpful and respectful with the language barrier. The hotel was secure and comfortable. Inside the hotel room was very clean and worth the stay. From the floor, to the beds, the desks, the shower, and more. All of what was inside the room looked taken care of and was very cleaned. The layout and architecture for the hotel and room allowed an excellent stay. Very satisfied!

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t as strong in our room but it was still fabulous!
