Great customer service and value for money.

Our room was ready before the official check in time.
Location was right across Gare du Nord.
Excellent, friendly but very professional service.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned even when I put the “please clean” sign outside the door. However, the hotel manager more than made up for it. He gave us the necessary toiletries and gave us free breakfast.
They also made sure it was cleaned the next day.

A really pleasant surprise
Pros:

The location was perfect for our overnight stay, having arrived on a late Eurostar from London. Our check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was quite spacious and very well designed. The hotel decor was pleasing. There was almost no noise from the station concourse.

Cons:

The breakfast was overpriced so we ate in one of the nearby brasseries.

Book this hotel for convenience and affordable quality!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect! Literally 67 paces from the front door to the entry of Gare du Nord! Staff were lovely, and the hotel was immaculately clean. Beds were comfy, and the shower was enormous! There is a small lift (with two steps up to it!), so be prepared you may have use it one at a time. If you are a wheelchair user, contact the hotel about access, because I would say you wouldn’t get a wheelchair in there (but I don’t use one so don’t know!).

Our triple room had really great beds, with a king size and a large single bed, both of which were very comfortable. The shower was enormous with decent water pressure. Again, immaculately clean with products provided.

For a hotel directly opposite an international train station, we slept really well. Of course there was some noise but nothing massively disturbing! Lots of amenities nearby, and I would recommend to anyone to use the metro system. It’s super easy, and you can get on it at Gare du Nord. We had the breakfast which was lovely but there’s lots of choice nearby.
