Pros:

First of all the staff through the entire hotle were wonderful and very professional especially the receptionists Ashraf and Hassan they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed during our stay and a big shout out to the head of housekeeping Layla she does an amazing job at keeping the hotel in tip-top shape. Secondly the location was ideal in a nice neighborhood surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants just a few steps away from the metro station and the train station.

Cons:

The rooms were on the smaller side.

L'emplacement est parfait! La propreté, la gentillesse du staff, la bouilloire avec les dosettes de café, du thé et des petits biscuits. C'est tout bien! Même la fontaine d'eau à l'accueil est bienvenue.

Cons:

L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas! Notre chambre était en plein soleil et la Gare du Nord c'est bruyant quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Il faisait tellement chaud. C'est la seule note sombre de notre séjour.

Near location to the train station and metro and restaurants all around the area

Cons:

The door could not lock all night had to prop with a chair . Reported to staff and no repair could be done , didn’t get much sleep worrying about the non locking door , discount was to be offered but no response from the staff
