The staff was amazing, and the hotel was located in a very nice area of Chester, very easy to move around, and close to the airport. The room was very cozy and spacious.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, and the bathroom required some work around the walls since the moisture was making its way through them, nothing major tho.
Very clean, very comfortable, great breakfast food and lobby area to rest and relax in the morning
Gym could be a little more organized, but otherwise no complaints at all, this was a great facility and I really enjoyed my stay here

There was a strong smell in our room, like the previous guests had been cooking and it was baked into the carpet & curtains. The room appeared clean, but the lingering greasy food smell was very unpleasant.

Clearness and location around food and gas. Front desk staff was Outstanding. Breakfast was great.
I know the staff can’t control it but smelling smoke inside the elevators and hallways. Not just cigarette smoke either.
Pet friendly
The breakfast. Only 1 option of egg bites and had peppers etc in it. Vegetarian style. A plain egg and cheese option would have been nice. Only bananas and they were old and brown
My room had a big moldy looking spot on the ceiling
People were very nice and friendly. Only problem I had was with the tub plug and carpet getting feet dirty. Breakfast was very good and always had coffee ready anytime of day. Conveniently located by Jalapeños (which is amazing) and right by Wawa. Would stay again if need be.
The staff... I'm originally from the area, but have lived in Northern Virginia for the last 10 yrs. It was a breath of fresh air interacting with the polite & helpful employees that I encountered during my stay.
The price was a bit high for the room & the non refundable $100 pet deposit.
Rooms were clean with some dated items in the bathroom, but everything was functional. Staff were all really friendly.
There are only two EV chargers and they are Tesla so an adapter is needed for other types. We weren’t able to charge the first night there because they were both occupied on a busy holiday weekend.
Breakfast also ran out on 7/4 in the AM when we arrived at 9 am, and the juice machine was running water and out as well. Was not able to get a response from management on that complaint so I’ve had to escalate to Hyatt directly.
Recently remodeled hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. No complaints and the staff were great!
