A disappointment
Pros:

Sadly, although the hotel is well kept, it lacks the qualities it had prior to the revamp. It lost the "class" of the past. The breakfast is lacking everything. Thank goodness for WaWa across the street. It gets a sorry downgrade.

Alot of thing, mostly breakfast offerings.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff
Pros:

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Richmond/Chester. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming. Karen checked me in and was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience.

My stay
Pros:

Hotel room 208 is super drafty upon inspection has a hole in the side with direct access to the outdoors. Housekeeping needs to step their game up when you take towls, give towls and don't allow hotel condiments to run out throughout the stay of customers.

Good but disappointed
Pros:

Loved this hotel before the downgrades. What was once classy is now ordinary. No more glass glasses or good breakfast utensils now just ordinary. Very sad!!!

Wonderful and comfortable!
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful every day, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the shower was big and the room was laid out in a great way. We loved it!

False advertising of what would be available. Customers should have been informed about current renovations.

Property was being renovated. Nothing was as it was advertised.There was no restaurant, bar, pool was not being maintained so we could not swim.
