Super dirty. There’s not a cleaning staff.

Great stay!
I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The area felt safe, and the location was excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made getting around really easy. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Front desk tried to hustle us out of $100 extra for the hole in the wall motel because it wasn’t a hotel. Drug dealers, prostitution and homeless people everywhere.

I came in from out of state..Was looking for a place that I could bring my Mom! She likes sitting in the Jacuzzi! We loved the waffles at breakfast! The staff were very pleasant as well

I always have to travel for family or work reasons, but I can tell you one thing: this hotel is the best I've ever been to. The entire staff is completely friendly, they take care of everything, the hotel is clean; the breakfast is delicious, free coffee 24 hours a day, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and laundry service is available 24/7. I loved it.

At the price, this was an ok place to stay. It was not very clean. But the bed was clean and comfy. And that is honestly all that matters.

Dirty nasty carpet bathroom dirty no cable in room front desk lady checked us in a room then came too the room and made us move too another room 1am in the morning with my child

Facilities were okay. Pool & hot tub looked VERY clean but we arrived way to late to find out. Woke up after breakfast was done being served as well so cannot speak on that.
While the room wasn’t top tier, it was great for 1 nights sleep.. tv remote didn’t work.
This said, Andy was AMAZING at checkout!!

My family and I recently took a kind of last minute trip down to Atlanta to go to the aquarium. We made a weekend out of it, and you should too. I looked at the pictures, checked to make sure they offered breakfast, booked the room, and we headed out about two hours. I started reading some of the reviews on the way down because why not- I was forced to be a passenger princess so I chose to read so I wasn’t a passenger problem.The reviews were mixed- I asked myself a couple of times if I maybe should cancel and book elsewhere but I chose not to because yolo. We were scheduled to get there late, and I didn’t want to pivot so late into the last minute plan.We arrived about 12 am. The lobby was clean and empty, not full of people. The kitchen area was visible and clean. The sweet gentleman who checked us in handled my goofy jokes pretty well- I was basically delirious after being in the car with said toddlers referenced above. Check in was super fast- there is a $100 hold on a card required but if you travel a lot you should know that exists because people are the reason no one can have nice things. We grabbed our stuff and headed upstairs. The hallway was lime green and I was so happy about it. Finally! A hotel space that isn’t millennial beige! The room was super nice and clean! The two beds were super comfy! There were so many pillows- the kids really enjoyed playing in them! The pool was open and super nice. I will stay here every time we drive down and you should too!

The place is okay and very convenient. The staff is extra nice. If i had to choose a fairly affordable and clean place to stay it would be here.

This was the worst experience. There was spit everywhere in the pool we couldn’t even use it. The pillows were little. The bed was stiff and it looked nothing like the pictures.

Andy was very wonderful & helpful and nice he made sure everything was nice and ready for my stay I enjoy my stay here will be going back

The staff is very rude and ive been charged another 150 just to stay in the same room and I had to leave work today just to straighten things out that could have been handled over the phone!! Omg ive never been treated so poorly! And i have a artistic child who cant be too hot! Im furious

This hotel looks nothing like it's advertised. Dirty and smells like cigarettes. Buttons missing in elevator. Mold around pool area. We paid for 2 nights and talked to man at desk to be reimbursed for second night because we were leaving after 1st night. He refused to help in any way and seemed to care less. We left, losing second night that was already paid for. I've messaged hotel and still can't get a response.

Adam was great and was more than willing to be helpful with any issues.
