If all you need is a place to lay your head - this place will fit the bill
Pros:

Value for price point. Quiet: M-Th. Nicely situated to what we wanted to do. Clean. Furnishings were nice, lodgy - bed was comfy....but...

Cons:

...room felt spartan, lacked color/warmth...nothing on the walls. Property has obviously settled through the years -.floor runs downhill door to bathroom. Property is too small to offer breakfast, but you certainly did try. Add some hard boiled eggs.

I was in Pacific Grove to visit family. My stay at Wilkie’s was very restful.

2 🌙 nights stay.
Pros:

They did exactly as I asked on check-in put us in a room upstairs away from stairwell, ice machine (quiet)... room was actually above a garage area so no one was below us, it was perfect, thank you so much!

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard, not much counter space, no towel hook by the sink in bathroom. Extra blanket smelled musty.

I love Pacific Grove but won’t stay here next time.
Pros:

Location is great. Walkable to all PG has to offer.

Cons:

Room is pretty sparse. Can hear upstairs people’s footsteps and movement. Lots of car beeping all night long. Staff seemed annoyed at every interaction….even simple stuff, like where is ice machine and no need to make up my room.

Lovely and comfortable.
Pros:

My sister and I found the beds to be comfortable and the room very clean. And we loved that there was no carpet.
We ended up staying two nights and ate breakfast at Winston's on Light House Drive. We had dinner one night at the Fish Wife and the next night at Sandbar and Grill. We also spent a lot of time walking on different beaches. It's just a beautiful place and will return again. Thank you for a lovely time.

Cons:

I didn't like that my sister wanted to tell me where to go and what to do. But I was the driver and I did what I wanted. We are in our 70's and still love doing things together, but sometime I just want her to shut up. Funny Right!!!

Pros:

Quiet little spot away from busy roads. Coffee and some breakfast stuff available at all hours.

Cons:

Not necessarily a bad thing, but this place is car oriented. You will need to walk a mile or so to the beach or to get something to eat.
