I absolutely love this property. Our room was the best sea view was beautiful every morning. Walk right out of lobby and head to the beach everyday. Just include daily parking in budget.
Nice place but its overpriced i can get the same room cheaper across the street. Charge for parking, no breakfast like competition, charge for beach chairs .etc... no value !!
The beds were so comfy! The beachfront was great and not too crowded! The restaurant was nice as well.

Close to everything
Titles are deceiving, gulf front does not mean ocean view. At this location it has to specifically say balcony room. This was the first time in twenty years that we didn’t overlook the water. Also the first time ever that we had to pay for parking at our own resort.
This is a lovely hotel, decorated nicely, nice rooms, pool, outdoor patio, and a great restaurant. There's a huge white beach outside with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The bathroom in the rooms is amazing! Plenty of room, and a really nice big shower with a wonderful shower head. There's a fan in the bathroom that actually works, and it clears up the mirror almost as soon as you get out of the shower. A few more towels would have been nice, but we were able to ask for extra. The only problem we had with the room was that we couldn't get the temperature to go up, and we were freezing. The staff told us that we would have to keep the temperature below 70 in order to keep the floor from getting wet because of the humidity. (We experienced that one day.) So, when we were in the room we were either under the covers or wearing sweaters, but the balcony was pretty hot. That being said, we're both pretty cold-natured, so it may not bother anyone else. The restaurant was wonderful, great food, wonderful service. The staff at the hotel was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Since we didn't have a car, they directed us to a taxi associated with them who took us to Destin and didn't charge as much as most taxi drivers. Very friendly guy! One thing we didn't realize about this area is that there's nothing around except one restaurant across the street. Without a car, you can't do much unless you're willing to walk quite a way.

Clean and modern hotel, 612 was my room with fantastic views.
Beach is amazing, the sand is like nothing I have ever felt, it squeaks when you walk and is not hot at all.
Loved every minute of this trip. Visited the Gulfquarium , super close drive or short walk on the beach to it.
Rockin Tacos has a great patio with beach views, very fun place. This whole area is a gem and once that bridge is opened, the traffic issue will go away.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The views were amazing. The sound of the gulf from the balcony is unforgettable. The restaurant was good. It was easy to get to FWB or Destin from the hotel. The Gulfarium is just around the corner. I highly recommend. Would stay there again.
