We would certainly stay here again.
Pros:

Great location with easy beach access. Seemed newly remodeled, nice bathroom/shower. We liked having the mini-fridge and microwave. Everything was convenient. The restaurant/bar service was good and the staff helpful and friendly. Shelly at the front desk was especially helpful. I loved someone’s sense of humor at decorating a “Christmas” tree half for Valentine’s Day and half for Mardi Gras since our visit fell between both…cute!

Cons:

We don’t have any criticisms, other than we were unable to connect with WiFi when sitting on the balcony. It worked fine in the room and public areas, but not balcony.

Beautiful hotel in fantastic location!
Pros:

We came here off season while traveling back to the East Coast & had a phenomenal stay! The staff here are so welcoming & accommodating! The grounds and decor are absolutely classy & beautiful! Definitely beach-chic done right. The on-site restaurant for breakfast was decent, but the service was excellent! The rooms are beautiful, and the views are outstanding. I'd love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and beach! Having to pay for parking kind of sucks, but for a prime location it is worth it.

Pros:

It was clean and on the beach.

Cons:

Wifi nor parking is included. Parking costs $15 a day so when you add that to the cost of your room. the value you receive goes down a little. I overlooked both those things when searching fir a place. O 9

A Short One Night Stay
Pros:

I visited for just one night on 01/23/2026, for my first stay at the Beal House. Many properties look similar along this stretch, especially from the beach side.

This property has definitely been renovated in the past few years -- likely when it became a Tapestry Collection. However, just be aware, it was definitely a former motel, now renovated into a Tapestry/Hilton.

Overall, it was a good stay; however, I worry about the potential future of this property.

First of all, I came in to check-in at the front desk. The front desk person honestly was just not friendly whatsoever. She was standing there, doing some kind of work (no one in front of me) along with another male who was standing there. She was just very dismissive, rude and plain down not someone that should be in a customer facing position.

I was given Room 212, which was a nice corner room (Standard King) with the addition of a kitchenette, which was nice to have. It made the room overall more spacious. The room looked very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. It has clearly been significantly renovated; however, there were a few things that were just odd --- the side panel was coming off the wall by the safe, due there not being enough space between that panel and the safe drawer. The whole room appeared to be remodeled; however, the fire sprinklers were not part of that renovation. They were all rusted out. There was also cigarette ash all over my balcony -- someone before me clearly must have been a big time smoker, and it wasn't cleaned very well.

I also found it hilarious, that they wanted a key card to enter the lower floor lobby; however, anyone could use the side stairs and access any other floor without any kind of security or key card.

On the other hand, overall the room was very nice. You absolutely cannot beat the beautiful beaches of this section of Florida, the pool was nice, and the restaurant was delicious with the service very friendly.

A mixed review; however, overall -- a nice property.
