Great location but poor wi-fi in most of rhe guest rooms
Pros:

Location. Away from heavy traffic makes it veey quiet. Close to shopping centers.

Cons:

Poor wi-fi system. I had to move to another room which was a little better but with frequent interruptions. In a hotel which has constant business meetings and is located in a business district it is not acceptable this low quality of wi-fi.

Hospedagem ruim com relação custo x benefício também ruim
Pros:

Localizado no Alphaville, o que foi bom para nós, pois tínhamos um casamento no local. Portanto, era do lado. Hotel simples e com um quarto grande.

Cons:

A parede do nosso quarto estava toda mofada (Depois vimos que havia problemas de infiltração no corredor do hotel também, com vários pontos com as paredes mofadas). As cortinas da janela do quarto tinham algumas partes rasgadas. Tinha algo logo abaixo do ar condicionado que ficava fazendo um barulho estranho durante a noite que nos atrapalhou a dormir. A pia do banheiro estava parcialmente entupida com a água empoçando e demorando a descer. Aparentemente é um hotel antigo que carece de manutenção adequada. Não fosse isso, seria uma boa hospedagem. No entanto, nesta condição atual, não enxergo que seja uma boa relação custo x benefício. Se soubesse destes problemas de antemão, teria me hospedado em outro lugar, mesmo que mais longe.

Decepcionante. Nunca mais retorno nesse hotel. Não recomendo para ninguém.
Pros:

Em nenhum momento na hora da reserva informa que o café da manhã é a parte. Aliás um valor impensável para pagar. Tomamos café na padaria próxima e investimos R$ 73,00 para o casal e comemos muito.

Cons:

Recepção sem treinamento.
Total falta de informação da recepção. Precisam pensar nos detalhes.
Limpeza do banheiro muito ruim.
Falta de check list para liberar o quarto para o hóspede.

PIOR Ibis que já me hospedei na vida!!! Não recomendo!!!

Tudo foi péssimo!
O quarto era muito ruim!! Muito ruim msm!!!
Cama de mola velha, de tao velha, estava afundada e a noite de sono foi péssima.
Roupas de cama velhas e travesseiros ruins, com cheiro de suor.
As toalhas de banho pareciam pano de chão, de tão velhas e surradas.
Banheiro sujo, com lixo de outros hóspedes em cima da pia.

E para finalizar, ao ligar o ar condicionado do quarto, o painel de força do quarto (que estava quebrado e localizado ao lado da porta de entrada) ficou dando curto nos fios que estavam desencapados, correndo o risco de um curto no quarto e algo mais perigoso - segue foto anexo - tivemos que dormir com o ar desligado pq ficamos com medo.
