Bad Wifi, Rude staff, not providing any solution when we have problems. We experienced horror night without AC & water , can’t use the toilet, and staffs just pretend to call somebody but nothing were fix. We ask for another room , they say fully booked but we can obviously see a lot of empty rooms

The breakfast was good.
We booked a Queen Studio One Bed and unfortunately the room was nothing like we expected. Several amenities that should have been available were either missing or not working.
The kitchen was practically unusable: there were no utensils, no microwave, no electric hob, and no fridge. The room light didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, and the toilet was leaking. There were also no chairs for the table in the room. We asked the staff if we could take two chairs from the pool area and were told yes, but nobody offered to help us or provide a proper solution. In addition the WiFi was really bad.
The biggest issue, however, was the lack of customer service. The staff were friendly enough, but they seemed completely uninterested in resolving any of the problems we reported. We asked for a replacement TV remote control and were told someone would bring one to our room. Nobody came. Later, my husband went to reception only to find out that the receptionist had already forgotten about our request.
When we asked for compensation because the room was clearly not as described, we were told that the receptionist needed to speak with her boss and would come to our room afterwards. Again, nobody came. I eventually had to go back to reception myself, where I was informed that compensation was not possible. Why couldn’t someone simply come to our room and explain that?
There was very little customer service or communication throughout our stay. Considering Los Cabos is a major tourist destination and so close to the United States, it was also surprising that the receptionist we dealt with did not speak any English and didn’t seem to make any effort to communicate or assist us.
Overall, the room was outdated and poorly maintained, several basic amenities were missing, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. We left feeling ignored and frustrated.

La habitación es cómoda, sus camas super cómodas y la habitación es amplia
Nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación en la primera no servía el aire , en la segunda no servía el frigobar ya hasta la tercera vez quedó pero fue muy molesto estar cambie y cambie de habitación

La persona femenina del lobby llegó al área de alberca y nos dijo q hiba avenir el gobernador y que nos teníamos q retirar a nuestras habitaciones eran las 730 pm me enseñó el contrato y le comenté q supuestamente era la alberca q no se usa después de las 9 pm me contestó lea todo muy despota y le contesté q eran 730 pero ella dijo q tenían q preparar. Nos retiramos Asia la marina a disfrutar el resto de la tarde eso habla muy mal del servicio

Barulho que se houve dos outros quartos. Demasiada luz que entra no quarto logo de manhã, impedindo de dormir.

Cercania con el centro y marina, puedes ir y venir caminando
El airea condicionado a lo menos en esta habitacion no enfriaba, estuvimos sufriendo calos por 2 dias, se reporto a recepcion, comentaron que mndarian a una peraona revisar pero no fueron.
Me pareció súper bien la ubicación y el personal muy atento
El desayuno tardo un poco y aunque se que era continental pensé que se tendría por yogurt o huevo..

El desayuno debería ser diferente cada día, que haya variación.
La primer noche que llegamos, la habitación estaba polvosa y sucia, las cortinas en general se ven sucias y viejas. La alberca requiere más limpieza.
