Truly the best experience we had ever. Right from the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed like a family. All the staff (Ajith Vasu to mention just one name) were really professional.

Breakfast at the Taj Mahal, New Delhi was nothing short of extraordinary. We would never miss an opportunity to savour the authentic, mouth-watering South Indian delicacies, meticulously crafted with remarkable attention to every minute detail by Chef Mr. Keshav Agarwal. Each dish reflected culinary excellence, tradition, and passion in equal measure. The experience was made even more vibrant by Mr. Nitish from Tamil Nadu, whose warmth, gracious hospitality, and thoughtful recommendations added a delightful personal touch. My wife was so captivated by the flavours that she could not resist asking for the secret recipes, knowing well that we would certainly return again to indulge in this unforgettable breakfast experience. Such an energetic, welcoming, and positive team has the rare ability to transform an ordinary morning into a truly memorable and extraordinary celebration.

The name says it all. We were upgraded to the Club Suite and wow, what a room it was. Massive in size offering a panoramic view of the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the India Gate and the green cover in Delhi. Great hospitality and exceptional house keeping. A request for putting up 2 extra single beds for the children was attended to and executed within 10 minutes. Near perfect and highly recommended!

Mr. Shah Jahan stands as the center of gravity here; his profound understanding that the guest is the pivotal point of the organization ensures that justice is done to both the patron and the brand through thoughtful upgrades and meticulous attention.

If the Taj is a temple of hospitality, the Club Lounge is its inner sanctum. Here, Chef Aashi creates art on a plate; her sautéed asparagus, broccoli, and capsicum—drizzled in olive oil, garlic, and sea salt—are a testament to her maternal, nurturing touch. Deepak, Pratham and Lakshmi ensure you are utterly "inundated in an ocean of hospitality." For Taj InnerCircle members, this experience is not just a perk—it is an unmatched bonanza.

The IRD team, including Vinita, Bhavana, Aarthi, Mehak, and Om Prakash, don’t just take orders; they curate your vitality. Armed with nature's healthiest bounty—exotic blueberries, avocado, and sun-ripened mangoes—they plan your nutrition with precision. When I requested ice packs for joint pain, they arrived within minutes—no questions asked, no SOP delays. This is care that transcends protocols; it is empathy in action.

Chef Venkat, a South Indian specialist, elevates the humble coconut chutney into a dream-worthy experience. It is a flavor profile that lingers in the memory long after the meal ends.
5. The Invisible Shield: Housekeeping & Transport
Pawan Singh, Arjit, and Lakshmi maintained my suite with such proactive, discreet grace that the space felt perpetually pristine. Meanwhile, the transport logistics—coordinated flawlessly by Sourav Bist and Shraddha—ensured my journey was frictionless. Roopak, Ganesh, and Prem (Driver) provided a seamless, regal transition from the lobby to the tarmac.

The Taj provides a "royal shield" of care for seniors. I strongly recommend opting for the complimentary breakfast delivery; it is executed with military-grade precision and heart. Whether you need medical support or dietary adjustments, the staff here possesses an intuitive intelligence—they know exactly what you need before you do.

It is the result of a culture championed by the Hotel Manager, Mr. Vedagiri, whose commitment to "meticulous communication" acts as the scintillating factory of this property. No one can beat the Tajness of Taj. I wanted to congratulate Mr. Anmol for having an amazing team in the hotel. right from Check in to check out , everything went beyond the expectations. Duty manager (forgot the name) was very quick for the smooth check in.. Beautiful amazing rooms...stayed at Taj club premium room. It was really spacious. Club lounge facilities was like Icing on the cake. We enjoyed like a king and spend my maxium time. Be it breakfast or the hi tea liked it very much. Each and every staff were on their toes but i would like to mention Mr. Varun for his superb service. He was quick with his unique charming smile on his face always. On the other hand , Mr Purneet was also doing his job efficiently. ..Also Chef Shenky who made our stay memorable with serving his delicious food . These guys makes moments into the long lasting memories...i will never forget and definitely come to stay in the hotel for their services. Wish could stay more but promising will return soon to enjoy the staycation. Check out was very quick. Gonna will recommend my friends to stay in this Hotel.

Taj Mahal Mansingh New Delhi exudes tranquility while remaining connected to the urban environment. It exceeded all our expectations. Your hospitality elevated our sojourn.
To begin with, the dining staff went beyond and above to organise with thoughtful care, comforting food for our daughter who had undergone surgery during our stay.
Chef Prashant was incredibly helpful. He displayed exceptional leadership skills by ensuring our daughter’s food was prepared correctly even in days when he was off, connecting us with Chef Shanky whose considerate disposition prepared and ensured healthy food for our daughter. Must say both chefs and their respective team displayed remarkable leadership and culinary skills.
Tea and cocktail snacks by Chef Shanky and team was another impressive highlight. Breakfast by Chef Surinder and team was a diverse sumptuous spread. Ingredients were fresh and flavours perfectly balanced.
The services of the dining staff was outstanding. Their impeccable service was the high point of our stay. They handled every request with grace. Attention to detail, courteous, warm and friendly, they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met.
The day of our departure, a beautiful, delicious “Bon-Voyage” cake was baked for us, and especially for our daughter who made friends with all of them. Their gesture was incredibly thoughtful, special and unforgettable. They made us feel a valued guest.
Front office staff demonstrated excellent efficiency and hospitality, professional prompt, engaging, and accommodating.
An attentive front desk team that genuinely prioritises guest comfort is what we experienced through out the 17 nights of our stay.
A special mention of director operations, Udit Mittal whose kind consideration helped us secure an upgraded spacious room.
The concierge was very effecient and helpful right from assisting us with local transportation with a safe and steady taxi driver to arranging for a hotel airport drop.
Housekeeping did their best to keep our room spotless and incredibly comfortable
featuring fresh linen everyday.
Security personnel and the Darwans are well trained and highly respectful.
Security made sure the hallways were quiet which made for a good nights sleep.
Overall the premium amenities immaculate facilities and remarkable hotel personnel and staff displayed exemplary service which made for a truly pleasurable experience.
