Great stay at The Taj Delhi
Pros:

All staff were very welcoming, pleasant and nothing was too much. Always greeting us anytime of times of the day with a smile. We had the 2 bedroom apartment, very comfortable for all my children to have their chill out zones. Excellent in house restaurant choices catering for my fussy children. Swimming pool was amazing with the lighting ambience.

Et flott hotell med høy standard, men dårlig informasjon ved innsjekkingen.
Pros:

Vi hadde et flott stort rom med høy standard. Hotellet har veldig fine fellesarealer og bra og stort basseng. Ligger i et fint strøk av byen. Bra frokost i Club-Loungen i 8. etasje.

Cons:

Vi hadde betalt for tilgang til Executive Lounge. Dvs. ekstra bra frokost i rolige omgivelser, tilgang til snacks og drikke gjennom dagen og afternoon coctail. Dette fikk vi ikke noe nærmere informasjon om (Hvor er loungen? Tidspunkter etc.) da vi sjekket inn. Da vi gikk til resepsjonen og ba om denne infoen glemte de å aktivere våre nøkkelkort, slik at vi ikke kom oss inn i aktuell etasje. Jeg ble matforgiftet i en av restaurantene.
