This is perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t wait to come back. So beautiful, such care and thoughtfulness from the staff, and the food was outstanding.

Attention, les règles sont musulmanes. On nous a interdit la salle de sport. Soi-disant nos tenues n’étaient pas conforme. Et ma fille n’a pas eu le droit de se baigner parce que son maillot n’était pas intégral.
The hotel was good, and the management demonstrated professionalism throughout our stay. In particular, Mr. Aaryan kindly and professionally arranged thoughtful comforts for us in celebration of our anniversary, which we truly appreciated.
Another person deserving recognition is the chef, Mr. Keshaw Aggarwal, who prepared my wife’s favorite dish at breakfast even though it was not on the menu. According to my wife, it was one of the best dishes she tasted during our entire trip.
We would also like to thank Mr. Rajendra and the rest of the team for their service.
However, the floral arrangement I requested for my wife could have been presented more beautifully. The use of a plastic ribbon did not reflect the standard one would expect from The Taj Mahal, New Delhi. Additionally, the message I requested to be handwritten on my behalf was written in an untidy and somewhat illegible manner, which felt below the level of a five-star hotel.

We only stayed their for one night. The room was suite so very nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
For the price, you really want as good as it gets kind of stuff. Just felt overall that the rooms were slightly dated and spa/pool didnt have everything you need for a good experience.

I was in a rush to leave for the airport and had almost decided to skip breakfast. However, it was Sanjay’s genuine care and attentiveness that encouraged me to take a few minutes to eat before departing. His thoughtfulness, presence of mind, and warm insistence truly reflected the finest standards of hospitality.

The hotel was really clean and tidy and the rooms were very comfortable.
The staff were truly fantastic and made the whole experience great. The Floor 1 team truly made our room so clean. One day they even left little handkerchiefs with our bits and bobs and tied up the chargers with little ties. So a big thank you to Shagun and her team (Jaya, Usha, Sanjeev).
Stunning Hotel. Had a great time at Machan, the all day dinner. Special mention to Ms. Meghna for looking after us so well. I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my 2nd wedding anniversary at the Taj Mahal, New Delhi, and the experience was truly exceptional.
Our celebration at Varq was one of the highlights of our stay. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Aashish Sehgal, Ms. Anushka, and Mr. Rashminder Singh at Varq for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our anniversary dinner incredibly special. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and they ensured we felt celebrated throughout the evening.

The service is always outstanding and the receptionist makes all the difference. Snehal not only offered me an upgrade but was my point of contact for everything. Made me very comfortable.. would stay at the Taj again for sure
Visited the all day dining restaurant Machan for lunch. The restaurant is specious with some tables lining the large glass windows too. From our table we could see the beautiful greenery and the pool. Staff is very polite and guest friendly specially Pratham who served us. We ordered soup starters main course and deserts. Choice is very varied. We specially liked Nalli Nihari with Khamiri roti. And Fried Buttermilk chicken. Washed it down with a really hot cup of Earl Grey tea with honey. Very leisurely relaxed ambience. Our thanks again to our server Pratham.
The hotel maintains excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and suitable for a family stay. Food quality was outstanding with good variety, and services were prompt and professional.
