A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.
When booking more than 5 rooms , the same will be considered as group booking and the Hotels Terms and Conditions for the group booking will apply.
Breakfast for children above the age of 5 years will be on additional charges. The same is not included in the room rate .

However, we have made alternative arrangements for our guests to avail themselves of the Taj Club facilities at suitable venue during this period. Lovely welcome from all staff. Comfortable room with great service. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice.
Noisy pool area due to building work. Can't be helped but we really missed being able to relax outside.
Location is convenient, the bar is good, staff is nice, especially concierge Bimal
It’s gradually degrading in quality in service. I go every 2 months. There is no real alternative in the area, so business comes their way eventually if they don’t provide the service that one would expect. Breakfast has become an embarrassment

Very careless and slow front office, concierge and breakfast service staff.
Ordered 2 dosas simultaneously for myself and my colleague- the 2nd one never came - it was written in the sheet for table 10A and was crossed off without serving it. He had to leave without breakfast. Shameful for the hotel to have a guest go hungry in the morning due to poor service.
Concierge staff never cane to take the bags from 529. We lugged it ourselves.
Front office took almost 20 mins to do the billing - result- we reached late at the airport and managed to board the flight courtesy a special favour by Indigo.
Good things - got an upgrade. Excellent room service for dinner and fantastic travel desk.
