Great location but noisy due to faulty windows and not 4 star
Pros:

Very disappointed with this hotel. The location near the station was definitely where this review gets its extra star but sadly I can’t say a lot of other positives for a 4 star.
Had to change rooms, first room was massive and a pleasant room but it was on the front and the window didn’t close properly. My son and I stayed the first night but got hardly any sleep.
Asked to move the following morning, I’d checked online first that I could book a room before asking and yet at first the receptionist tried to tell me they were full. I don’t like lies.
They did move us to a much quieter room which was clean, but basic a bit like a hostel but quiet and the bed was comfortable so acceptable but not 4 star.
The following morning we had a power cut whilst I had wet hair!
Breakfast was odd. Lots of Choice but some options felt more like leftovers from dinner.. Green beans and cous cous?
The bar looked nice but was never open so we went out for a drink.
I wish I’d have done a bit more research and stayed elsewhere.

Great stay
Pros:

Just spent four days at this hotel, it was clean, comfy, great welcoming staff and brilliant location. I would defo return if staying in Rome and recommend to friends. Thank you to all the lovely hotel staff.
