Pros:

Hotel Ariston has a perfect location, just a short walk from/to Termini station.
If you enjoy walking, it’s even possible to reach most of the main sights on foot :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I’d also suggest buying breakfast at the hotel, it’s great value for the price and a nice way to start the day.

Overall a very pleasant stay, easy to recommend.

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Fantastic location. Friendly staff - very good customer service. Clean rooms. Good internet.

Cons:

The towel hooks were way too high on the wall - we couldn't reach them to hang our towels. Should be lower as well as the bathroom mirror.

Other than the location, nothing to write home about!!
Pros:

The only good thing about the hotel was the location. The staff tried to be friendly but one could tell that they were far from organised.

Cons:

Old facilities in the hotel and lack of general organisation. They tried to be friendly but they were not co-ordinated at all. Lack of pressure in the shower, previous guest hairs in the bathroom, ohh, I dont know where to start from.

Highly recommended for Termini Station area
Pros:

This was our second stay here. The location is very convenient for the train station. Rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. We arranged our airport transfers through the hotel, and they were competitively priced and dependable.

Disappointing ecperience
Pros:

Nice hotel, staff professional and somewhat friendly. Clean and modestly decorated.
Did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on it but there are lovely cafes nearby that are good value for money. Good transport links and based in the centre of the historical attractions.

CAVEAT ... Be careful of your possessions. Left a beautiful dress in the wardrobe when i checked out and within 24 hours of contacting them, they claimed it wasn"t there and the housekeeping team had no knowledge of it which is quite dishonest of them as i actually saw it but git distracted and didn't take it. Makes me wonder what else. Not impressed at all and on that basis alone will not be returning to the hotel or recommend it to anyone else.

Excellent experience
Pros:

Excellent hotel in Roma termini. I was impressed by the politeness of the staff particularly Erika. She was effective, polite always hvaing a smile on. I had an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

It’s looking dated especially the bathrooms. We’ve been there regularly since 2012. Too many steps. One lift out of order. Only access by stairs to top floor.

Pros:

Le lit est très confortable. La climatisation est un vrai plus en cas de fortes chaleurs . Très proche de la gare, plus simple pour se déplacer ensuite

Manque de pression d'eau (pas simple sous la douche)
Nettoyage des chambres en milieu/fin d'après-midi...
