North Bay At Lake Arrowhead

The room was so cozy and beautiful. We had an amazing terrace that we would have breakfast in amongst the trees. It’s so close the town center as well. We’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful one bedroom cabin. Very large and roomy with high ceilings and log cabin feel. Nice warm fireplace and patio overlooking the woods. The kitchen is nice except it doesn’t have a stove or oven. Just a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, & fridge. You can use the bbq grill out front if you want to cook. Hiking trails right outside. Pool/jacuzzi/tennis courts on site. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice do-it-yourself property that if things were up and running properly it would be very nice. (The clubhouse, pool, courts and gameroom, fitness center was open would be amazing. If it was stuff like a normal Resort it would have been way way better cuz the staff could have given us instructions on where to go and what to do and where to eat and all that but we figured it out

It's like your vacation home with beautiful scenery around the property. There's a short trail right outside the complex. We love it here, would love to come back again.

The interior of the living space was clean and decent quality. The rear of the building where the balcony was, was literally falling apart. The exterior had missing boards and a lot of rotten wood. Having said that, the building appeared to be structurally sound. No leaks or anything of that nature did I see.

Very roomy and clean property with comfy bed and nice linens. Also it felt very private and quiet. Didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. We’d go back again! (But be prepared for lots of stairs down into the condo, if that’s an issue for you.)

We loved this property, it was perfect for our family of four! Our 15 year old had their own space upstairs and our six year old had their own space in the living room.

The condo itself is very large with two bathrooms and plenty of room for six people. It was extremely clean and offers everything that you may need. We found extra blankets and sheets in the closets, there was lots of kitchen utensils to choose from, a gas fireplace, a private back patio with seating, and body wash, shampoo and lotion in both bathrooms. The only thing I didn’t see was laundry soap for the washing machine.

The condo is dated inside with older appliances, some peeling wallpaper, etc. but overall, everything was in perfect working condition and well taken care of!

The only thing that wasn’t disclosed before booking, was that the extra amenities located on property (indoor pool/spa, game room, sauna, etc.) were not included in your stay and not available.

For the price, location, and comfort we would absolutely stay again!

Its a nice well kept property, and amazingly low price.

A fun stay, very quiet town. Neighbors were very noisy and the walls seemed thin. Overall fun stay!

Great place I’m looking forward to come back

I really like this place. I've stayed twice for a total of 3 nights in the last month and everything has been excellent from reservation> check-in> stay and checkout. Big space for the price and in a very nice secluded spot.

Nicely appointed and clean. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. I would cheerfully stay here again. Excellent value for the cost.

Love this Beautiful place…. Will definitely stay again… It was like home away from home… only negative: TV in bedroom, the sound didn’t work & the ceiling fan needs dusting….. Would have been realty nice if ClubHouse was open.. .(pool, weight room, tennis & basket ball court)…

Business trip of 2 nights. I was pleased with my experience and recommend North Bay for others.

Unit definitely needs cleaning and renovation. Just an overall feeling especially the windows and screens. The roads within the complex are horrible with so many pot holes. The gate to the community is always open; so much for security. There was very loud trash collection at 7am 2 days in row

Since there is no checkin desk or staff onsite there was no info as to whether we could get any additional supplies such as coffee.

No facilities (pool, gym, etc) which were advertised at booking were open. They sent an email a few days before check in to tell us this when I'm sure it was known weeks before at booking. They should have offered compensation.

They say this discount "Gray Card" is included in your stay, but it's impossible to use as it says "your membership has expired." North Bay Resort said we had to contact Gray Card directly which provided no help. Regardless one of the restaurants which supposedly offered a discount with this Card never heard of it.
