Auf der Insel Mallorca hatten wir viel Spaß beim golfen

da wir schon sehr offt in diesem Hotel waren, können wir ein Lob aussprechen das sich der Frühstücksraum sehr verbessert hat und auch die Auswahl der Speisen zum Frühstück.

Cons:

es wurde nicht angekündigt das das Hotel, innen und Aussen komplett neu renoviert wird. Dreck in den Gängen, Krach durch Bauarbeiten etc. begleiten den Tag. Bei Reinigungsarbeiten der Teppiche, in der 2. Ebene, Reception, wurde kein Warnschild aufgestellt, das hatte zur folge das meine Frau Arg gestürzt ist. es war wie Glatteis!! Das nur ein Fall der hätte vorgewarnt werden können. Der Ausfall der Schliessanlage für das Gartentor, Zugang zum Portal Nous, wurde auch nicht Angezeigt. Wer sich auskennt, ist der Weg durch den Garten Zum Port, ca 10 Minuten kürzer als aussenrum.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
An zweiTagen gab es kostenlos Yoga in kleiner Gruppe.

Cons:

Natürlich ist der Essensraum bei so einem Hotel riesig. Vielleicht kann man kleine Raumteiler oder Ähnliches zur Unterteilung installieren

Eficient check in. Good breakfast. Great location for the rally I was driving in.

Enttäuschend ,da wir dass Hotel auch wegen der angeblich tollen Wellness gebucht hatten .
Pros:

Das Frühstück Angebot war ausreichend .In der Lobby konnte man essen und die Bedienung dort war höflich .

Cons:

Eine Stunde Spa ,obwohl keine andern Gäste dort waren .Eine weitere Stunde soll mit 23 Euro verrechnet werden .Auch ist das Spa ,sehr klein und dunkel .Badekappen sind Pflicht und müssen für zwei Euro das Stück ,im Hotel gekauft werden .Es gibt aber gar keinen Pool zum Schwimmen .Nur ein kleines Becken ,mit Massage Drüsen .Das Abendessen war nach 20 Uhr trocken und nicht ansehnlich .Die Betten sind unbequem ,die Laken verrutschen ständig .Zimmer sind winzig .Umgebungs Lage des Hotels laut .

Welcoming and friendly stay.
Pros:

Felt professional, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. We arrived late and had to depart early so indoor swimming was closed those hours; but the staff kept it open late for my 9yr old to enjoy!
