Jeg betalte ekstra for havudsigt fordi jeg elsker havudsigt med min morgenkaffe. Desværre er den nærmest ikke eksisterende og jeg er ærgelig over at have betalt for det. Min mor gav noget mindre for hendes værelse og havde en ligeså fin udsigt.

La mujer del spa muy antipática por decirlo de alguna manera… no nos gustó el trato. i la abitacion olía un poco fuerte a lejía tal vez pero mal.

Das Personal, ausgenommen einer Person an der Rezeption, waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal, insbesondere ein Herr, im Restaurant war abends außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr bemüht. Die Dame abends an der Bar, eine Bereicherung für das Hotel, eine ganz Liebe! Die Öffnungszeiten sollten bis 00 h geändert werden! Wenn man vom Hafen kommt, ist der Abendtrink leider nicht möglich.

Cons:

Öffnungszeiten Bar, deutschsprachiges Personal selten! Ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr knapp im Umgang und unflexibel

Great staff and great location!
Pros:

Based in (my opinion) the most beautiful part of Mallorca, although we came in January, the weather was good and the hotel was quiet. The staff were very helpful, we even left something in the room after we returned to the UK and reception made arrangements for it to be posted back to us (it arrived within 48 hours!)

Das Zimmer hatte einen seitlichen Meerblick mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Zimmer hat eine ausreichende Größe mit sehr bequemen Betten. Badezimmer ist schön groß. Zimmerservice ist gut. Die Einrichtung im Hotel und Deko ist wirklich schön. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und dort ist sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Es hätte vielleicht im Zimmer eine Flasche Wasser bereit stehen können. Der Zustand einiger Objekte z.B. Wasserhähne, Duschen im Spa Bereich, Düsen im Pool könnten eine Wartung bzw. Reinigung vertragen. Beim Frühstück haben wir lediglich frische Marmelade vermisst, diese wird abgepackt angeboten. Ebenso ist das laute aufräumen schon vor Frühstückszeitende etwas störend, da es sehr hallt in dem Frühstücksraum.
