Please note that when booking more than 7 rooms special policies and supplements apply. Drinks are not included in the half board meal plan. Spa Access: 1 hour per person and day. Children between the ages of 4 and 16 must always be accompanied by an adult. The access hours for minors are limited to 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Access to the Spa is not permitted for children under 4 years of age. Access to the spa is by reservation only.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Hotel was very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff and just a short walk from the marina.

Cons:

The pool was very difficult to get in to as the steps were curved, also it had raised areas all around the sides of the pool which were very difficult to see and the material used in the pool was very rough so one could easily get an injury by walking in to the raised areas. Should have had handrails on the all the steps.

If you can find another hotel it would be your best option
Pros:

The food is really good and the cleaning girls are very friendly

Cons:

The reception staff is impetuous and lacks a lot of tact, especially in how they address you. Irregular payments with your card I felt scammed at the end. At my departure I had left my debt paid and according to them I owed which seemed wrong to me but I was not going to get into an argument and even less for money. Terrible customer service, especially those on day shifts

Great location and exceptional value
Pros:

The staff were friendly and it was great being near Porto portals and portals nous

Cons:

It was a lovely hotel with lots of facilities. Didn’t like the shape of the pool but that was it

Enjoyable holiday in good location but need to be mindful of mobility.
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean with a good selection of food for breakfast. The location is good and there are a couple of supermarkets just outside and a choice of restaurants and bars. It’s also on the main bus route to/from Palma, including the airport and Magaluf. It’s a pleasant walk down to the marina but very steep on the way back so people with mobility issues would need to get a taxi.

Cons:

The layout of the hotel is on several levels and some of my group found it hard coming back from the pool area as you have to walk up a steep path or climb several stairs to reach the nearest lift.

Hotel management fix your reality and align to the market.
Cons:

1. Reception was rude;2. Overcrowded with loud guests at the terraces until late hours;3. We slept in better smaller hotels in Palma for LESS money. This hotel is like a school dormitory. Doesn’t deserve the price for it.

schlechter als erwartet und als bisher gewohnt, sind daher zeitiger abgereist

Cons:

- äusserst hohe Lautstärke im Flur und Treppenhaus (viele Gäste, die sich am Tag und auch in der Nacht sehr laut unterhalten, fast herumschreien, hohe Lärmbelästigung durch Reinigungskräfte (z. B. durch Verrücken von Möbeln))
- hoher Geräuschpegel im Restaurant
- Raumtemperatur im Restaurant zu niedrig
- leider gibt es nur 4 Parkplätze am Hotel
- Kakerlake in Badewanne
- keine Massagen möglich aufgrund Umbau
