Excellent staff
The location was good in relation to being 15mins from everywhere, staff were nice and rooms were big.
Our room's blind was broken which meant we couldn't open it to let light in.

The king size bed was too soft and needed replacing.

The bed. Mattress was waaaaaaaay too soft, hardly slept due to it, woke up with extremely sore back both nights.
Not enough tea bags, 4 bags 2 people 2 nights doesn't cut it

We had a nice quiet room with a balcony. It had a tranquil view over trees. The room service dinner we ordered was really good.
The hotel gave a drink voucher if we chose not to have our room serviced for our 2 night stay. We took up the offer and think it is a great idea.
The rooms are nice and large, shower pressure great, beds really comfy, pool sparkling and good coffee and food. The staff were AMAZING. So welcoming, friendly, personable and went above and beyond to make our stay with two young kids easier (room upgrade, gave us extra bottles of milk, very quick service to the rooms when needed). They were the highlight! We’ve stayed at most if not all the hotels and motels in the area and this is the one we keep coming back to as it ticks all the boxes.
Rooms are dated and could do with a refresh but it doesn’t affect our time in any way.
Clean and spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back.
