Restaurant was absolutely amazing and good value for money
Mattress was too soft
What I did not like was the cockroach crawling from my dinner when it was delivered to the table in the meal room.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. All the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always ready to help and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
I would especially like to thank Jimmy. He was absolutely amazing and one of the best reception staff members I have ever dealt with. He helped me a lot during my stay and always treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me.
A huge thank you to Jimmy and the entire reception team for the outstanding service. Jimmy truly deserves special recognition for his excellent customer service and professionalism. I really appreciate everything he did for me!
Price & location
Initially there was a smell from the bathroom that did disappear after our showers. It wasn’t the clean fresh smell you’d expect from a room.
No restaurant on Sundays

Room - Loved the bush outlook, bed was super comfy. The staff were all extremely freindly and helpful
Only because its asking but really not a major issue but the fridge in the room froze everything, there was also water marks on the carpet near the bathroom door.

We waited 45 minutes for a veggie breakfast order in an empty restaurant, our mistake for not going with the breakfast buffet? We would probably go back to roomservice at a scheduled time instead of waiting that long!
