It’s in a great location
We originally booked to stay for 2 nights, however were unhappy with our stay after the first night and decided we couldn’t stay the additional night. The staff member was quite rude to my husband when he explained why we were checking out early, as the bed was way too soft for me being pregnant (you literally sink into the mattress and cannot roll over without trouble), the pillows smelt funky and that we had continuous issues with the tv which kept resetting. I suppose the tv issues didn’t matter so much when we could hear the tv from the next room through the walls. We understand we left at our own accord, however the staff member didn’t need to be rude about it.
The service I received from your receptionist, "Layla" was great, helpful and very professional. The R/S food was ok.

Small fridge, no cutlery in room, only the sink in the bathroom. No where to wash cups up.
The room was a good size, comfy and well priced
The staff weren't overly friendly or attentive. Tgey don't say hello when you walk through the foyer. The room swrvice lacked. The beds were only made one day, bo sugar left ie topped up. The sanitary bag wasn't replaced each day. The mini var was full of their goods, I needed to put my own things in the fridge. Unless you are going ti Newcastle you havw to take a U turn each time you leave rhe premisis.
