Cons:

Our bed was not comfortable. I believe it’s time to get new mattresses.
I am not the lightest person but I know when a mattress has reached its use by date.

Stay somewhere else
Cons:

Spa didn't work the first night, they swapped my room but the other room wasn't made up (no coffee machine or mini bar)
For a 4½ hotel it really needed a refresh, doors and walls had marks galore. The floor outside the room was filthy as was the elevator
With the spa not working there wasn't anything offered as redemption

Everything was great except for the beds so unfortunately will not the staying again.
Pros:

We love the location, the amenities and staff are great. Easy to stay with a baby.

Cons:

Unfortunately the beds are not for us so will not be booking again. After the first time we rebooked hoping it was just the one room but stayed in different room with King the second time and beds were the same. Very squishy and bouncy with no support and not good if you have any back or neck issues. required chiro appointment when we got home.

It was comfortable and clean

Cons:

The $200 bond after the room was already paid for was a shock and frankly unnecessary Receiving an email after it had been paid stating the bond was expected. While the hitel has good features that was a hidden cost that should be flagged from.the start, because I would have booked somewhere else. Plus the portable cot was like a board. Our son ended up sleeping in three bed with us
