Exactly what I needed.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Staff member on reception was exceptional and her professionalism and discretion and kindness and respect was much appreciated.

Relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The room, the view, the staff, the facilities and the restaurant. We had a wonderful time. It was a "mini break" which rejuvenated us. Highly recommend this hotel.

I always love my stay here!
Pros:

Rachael on the front desk is super friendly. Nothing is a problem for her and she is always happy and bubbly. It’s wonderful to be greeted by her every time I visit.

Cons:

The showers need a good scrub. The floor.

Pros:

Close to shops

Cons:

The room wasn't really clean and upon entry to our room there were dirty dishes outside the room next to us which stayed there for hours. No soap in the bathroom and when the receptionist came to bring new soap she still left the dirty dishes on the floor. Could easily picked them up and taken to the kitchen
