Bad experience
Pros:

Receptionist tried to address our needs. She did not succeed at all but she was nice

Cons:

Rooms smelled of smoke. Freeway traffic very loud. Paid for king rooms and got queens. I asked for room near each other (mental disability) in am and they did not reserve those rooms for us
I spoke to hotel receptionist in am and she said they had many rooms available. Very disappointed. Never stay here again!!!

Not maintained well. The heater air conditioner in my room ran all night with cold air even after I adjusted the thermostat the room was small not even enough room for a night table on the left side of the bed would not recommend!

Pros:

Location, room size, breakfast, very nice front desk people, especially Maria and Chris.

Cons:

Old furniture and carpet, no YouTube on the first floor rooms. Needed to change for a 2nd floor room.

Pros:

It happened to be very close to my family members house so it made it very convenient.

Cons:

I didn't like some of the guests did not clean up after there dogs on the walking trails outside the hotel.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location on the water was nice with areas to walk outside.

Cons:

The building is old and run down. The furniture was old and run down with the laminate coming off. The elevator was low and very loud.

The best in the area, pleasant and quiet.
Pros:

This is the second time that I have stayed here. It was peaceful, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable. The first time we stayed here, we were in a well-equipped ADA bathroom.

Pros:

Location. Friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Cons:

In urgent need of renovation. Outrageously expensive for what it offers. One of the worst Hilton properties I have ever stayed in.

Overall a Surprisingly wonderful Stay at this Beautiful Location.
Pros:

The location on the Estuary was wonderful, and the view that included the sparking waters, the rowing crews practicing on the water, the sailboats, the beautiful sunsets, and the quiet solitude at night, all added to a wonderful stay. The icing on the cake though was provided by Layla, the front desk clerk. She was the friendliest, most professional, and helpful worker we have experienced in a hotel in a long time! Overall, a surprisingly wonderful stay!

Cons:

As an early-riser I wish the coffee was available a bit earlier than 6:00 am, but this is such a minor issue... Otherwise I have nothing negative to write.

Pros:

Jane,who works in the morning breakfast area does an excellent job. Breakfast was very busy and she was very friendly and helpful at keeping the food stocked.

Rooms and hallways smelled like weed. Didn’t feel comfortable parking car in parking lot. Since you charge a parking fee, on site security would be nice.
