Overall I had a great stay and the jacuzzi tub had strong jets.

Pros:

Ate out for breakfast, convenient, clean location near downtown. Management upgraded our room upon request.

Cons:

Doors banged closed loudly throughout the night from nearby rooms and the stairwell exit across from our room.

It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

There’s no counter in the bathroom, on which to balance and use hair appliances. The continental breakfast was just ok.

The overnight staff at the front desk was wonderful!

Cons:

The pool & hot tub are closed for resurfacing. I wouldn’t have paid nearly what I did had I known that. Our bathroom was not clean & the “breakfast” was a joke. Raisin Bran, small stale bagels & apples.

Staff was friendly and helpful but sad the pool was t accessible.
Pros:

Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Booked especially for the pool. We were traveling on motorcycles and didn’t want to travel to use the other hotels amenities. Breakfast was okay.

Very disappointed by this hotel.
Cons:

Apparently the roof had leaked. There was loud construction during the day and when we arrived the room where the serve breakfast was right next to the check in desk. The room was a disaster and you could see the fruit bowl sitting on the dirty floor with fruit for tomorrow’s breakfast in it. The pool was closed because it was under the roof leak and it was the reason we had picked this hotel. Also the room was noisy at night.
