How clean and quiet it was. Our two boys had a blast in the pool and the front desk Lindsay was amazing. She went above and beyond definitely loving out at 10 recommend staying here

The location was excellent, close enough to The Elm which was the venue we traveled for- plenty of food options in the vicinity as well!

Cons:

My stay here was incredibly uncomfortable and highly disappointing. I arrived exactly at the official 3:00 PM check-in time, only to be told my room was not ready. Front desk staff assured me it would take 10 minutes, but I was forced to wait 45 minutes past my guaranteed check-in time just to get into the room.
To make matters worse, after waiting all that time, the room was poorly and inadequately cleaned. It was clear the housekeeping was rushed and careless just to get me inside, which made the entire environment feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
When I brought these issues to the front desk attendant, I was met with complete indifference. I was dismissively told there was "nothing he could do" to fix the situation, and no effort was made by management to apologize or offer any reasonable compensation for cutting into my paid stay time. I would not recommend this property due to their lack of basic hygiene standards and poor customer service.

Easy freeway access and close to downtown.
Pros:

I was happy to be in a clean well-equipped environment.
Pros:

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and coffee. The staff was very nice to talk to. Everything was nice and new and worked great.

Cons:

The television was horrible. Spent the entire time trying to figure out how to work it and never did figure it out. Generic remote did not match the television.

We enjoyed the property!
Pros:

Lobby offering water and coffee was great. Loved the Spa. Very clean and good temperature.

Cons:

I would have liked protein offered at breakfast like a basic omelet or egg burrito.
The waffle maker is great.
