The staff and location
Rooms were to small old fashion , noisy and the shower water temperature kept fluctuating. The bed the worst quality . We had a terrible experience
Location right next to the train station was terrific and had easy access to mall/supermarket. The Sky View restaurant at the top was a very welcome surprise. Excellent venue with great vibe and lovely food. Rooms also spacious and well appointed.
Breakfast was ok but that is generally a low mark in Portuguese four star hotels.

The hotel is located across the street from the Da Gamma Mall and the Oriente train station. It is also about 5 minutes from the airport by car. The Lisbon Aquarium is very nearby as well. The hotel is not close to the historic parts of Lisbon, but is centrally located to several transportation options.
The room was very comfortable clean. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. There were options for pretty much any diet. The staff at the hotel were incredible. I informed them I was arriving to celebrate my 50th birthday and they really outdid themselves with making the day special. Thank you so much!!!
Wonderful stay in a spacious suite, very nice, attentive and professional staff.
Fantastic facilities including the interior poll, complete and luxury breakfast.
And the Sky bar is a must go ... for the food, view and ambiance!
The location is great to visit the river side.
