Séjour agréable à Lisbonne
Pros:

Les équipes étaient très accueillantes et chaleureuses. L’hôtel est propre et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et offre un large choix pour tous les goûts!

Cons:

Petit bémol concernant le jacuzzi et le sauna, qui ne fonctionnaient malheureusement pas lors de notre séjour. La vue depuis notre chambre, donnant directement sur la gare, était également un peu décevante!

ארוחת בוקר משובחת ביותר. מהטובות שאכלנו בחיינו. הגיוון והאיכות. הצוות נדיב ועוזר. המיקום מצוין. מאד קרוב לשדה התעופה ולאיזור הפעילות של החוף - הרכבל, המוזיאון, האקווריום, מגדל ואסקו דה גמא ועוד.

Pros:

Gostei muito da estadia. Um dos pontos que mais se destacou foi o tamanho dos quartos, bastante espaçosos, confortáveis e com muito espaço para circular e arrumar as malas. Uma agradável surpresa, sobretudo para quem viaja em família. O quarto transmite uma sensação de conforto e amplitude que faz toda a diferença na estadia.
Sem dúvida, um ponto muito positivo do hotel e que valorizo bastante.

An ok return to a well located hotel. Overall nice service.
Pros:

A quick stay in the hotel, just to rest from a long flight and continue my trip the next day. I have stayed before so the hotel is well knowm for me. Paid extra to be able to do a check-in earlier and have breakfast. I stayed on a lower floor so no view at all. In fact the room was quiet dark and needed all lights on. Nreakfast is ok. For me the best is the hotel.location.

Cons:

The hotel had rooms available but made sure to charge for ealrly check in. Instead of offering this and have a positive higher recognition they would only allow access if we paid. Specially for a returning customer, this would have been a nice attitude that would.not cost them anything.

Simpatia dos funcionários e disponibilidade do Concierge para tentar soluccionar os constrangimentos ocorridos.

Cons:

Check in com atrasos. Vários Clientes com os quartos ainda a serem preparados. Caos total para o pequeno almoço com filas.
