An excellent stay in a perfect location with outstanding service—we’ll definitely be back!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Oriente. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh. The location is excellent, right next to Oriente Station and Vasco da Gama shopping centre, making it very convenient to get around Lisbon. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a great stay. We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.
Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out.

Great location near airport
Pros:

I really appreciated the hotel's guest services; they helped me with transfers and restaurant reservations. Given that I arrived very late at night. The room was nice and cleaned daily. I loved the location being right beside the Oriente station. As well, it helped being so near the mall. I would definitely stay there again.

O quarto, toda a elegância do hotel, a limpeza é luxo, o atendimento dos funcionários, o melhor hotel do grupo Tivoli.
