Pros:

The breakfast service is fantastic. The cook Mrs. Margarida is always very accommodating and makes the best eggwhite omelettes. The best I have ever had. I would almost just stay there for her breakfast.
Th location is superb. Close to shops, the airport and train station.
The beds are so comfy. We chose Tivoli oriente every single time we come to Lisbon.

Pros:

The style of the room. The gym. The breakfast.

Cons:

The last few hours of our stay, we went to the sky bar. It was a Sunday afternoon. There was about 6 staff and about 15 -20 guests . It took them 45 minutes to bring our drinks . It wasn’t busy at all and unfortunately it tainted our overall experience . We were having a 10/10 until this . This was the higher class experience but really fell short of expectations.

Really nice hotel, clean, staff nice, great location, would definitely stay again

Room was nice, Breakfast good, had food in roof top bar - that was nice also
