L’emplacement pour des activités au parc du Mont Orford est parfait

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi à 16h00 pour notre Checking , la chambre n’était pas prête, la personne à l’accueil m’a dit cela peut aller jusqu’à 18h00. J’ai mis de la pression pour finalement avoir la chambre à 17h15. Ce n’est vraiment pas acceptable

Pros:

Au resto le matin, le buffet déjeuner était super bon et très généreux.

Cons:

1-La chambre trop petite,
2- La chambre a l'extérieur de l'hôtel ,
3- les trottoirs extérieurs étaient dangereusement glacés,
4- leurs pâte sauce bolognèse n'étaient pas très bonne

Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

L’hygiène est décevante. La plupart des équipements étaient sales. La piscine et le spa étaient sale. Il y avait beaucoup de moisissures. Il y avait de la moisissures dans la salle de bain de notre chambre. Beaucoup de saleté dans les zones de jeu. Les glissades étaient fermées et n’ont pas été réparés. La nourriture du restaurant était passable et très dispendieuses pour ce que c’était. Pas de choix au bar à salade et les fromages étaient secs. Pour ma part, ce sera notre dernière fois.
