Pros:

The hotel desk supervisor was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

When I arrived the room wasn't ready and I ended with queen room instead of the king I booked. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. I have stayed there multiple times and this was probably the worst experience I have as far as the cleanliness of the room. The fridge had dried up crumbs in them and had spots that needed to be cleaned. The shower still had some hair in the shower. The desk supervisor came up and cleaned the fridge as they were short staffed and she was very apologetic. I cleaned the shower myself as she seemed overwhelmed. She tried her best to fix any issues I had. I also was told I would be getting extra points for my stay to make up for the issues we had and I never got them. I used my holiday inn rewards account to get the credit but did not receive any.

Pros:

The evening supervisor was fantastic. She mentioned only being in that position for two weeks. They need to hold on to her! She was so helpful.

Cons:

The room was very clean and the service was great. We enjoyed. The breakfast the next day and all the employees were cheerful. It was close to UNC which is what we wanted.

Sparkling clean, great value!
Pros:

I was in town for a medical procedure so cleanliness was my #1 concern and I was not disappointed. Wonderful stay. I would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Overall it was amazing! Such a nice, clean and comfortable stay. The room was large and the bed was the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. They had refreshments set up at the entrance with drinks, candy bars, cookies, etc…Best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Cons:

Very limited parking that you had to pay $10 for. We went to a concert and got back super late. A flatbed truck had taken up 6 spaces and the only available space was parking in front of them. We tried to be as considerate as possible considering they didn’t have any consideration at all. Woke up the next morning to a hateful note from the guys in the truck 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great weekend.
Pros:

The location was great. Danielle was very professional and friendly. She answered all questions when we checked in. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. It was a great weekend.

Cons:

Parking was a little tight. But was acceptable.
