Everything from the front desk to my departure was pretty great.
Pros:

Breakfast location was fine and the coffee was wonderful

Cons:

When I got to breakfast, the food was not warm and there was somethin amiss with the potatoes. I did mention it to the lady taking care of the breakfast area and she thanked me.

Pros:

Close to location I was traveling for related to work. Comfortable stay. Staff was friendly.

Pros:

Sour taste at beginning of stay with being unable to check in 30 minutes early; late for our family event. Otherwise our stay was ok. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel staff went beyond their responsibility to make us feel welcome. From the morning breakfast to helping carry luggage up the stairs. It made a difference.

Pros:

Great room except the tub drained slow and the wall by one of the beds was a little dirty otherwise great stay. Pool was clean and quiet. Decent breakfast.

Pros:

First of all, the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. The room was so quiet, we heard nothing in the hallways or room. Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok, I guess it depends on your taste for food. Checking out was easy. We will stay here again when we going to Grove Creek Raceway.

Overall it was good, located near Walmart which is nice.
Pros:

I liked the property and the location. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Cons:

The front desk girl was very unknowledgeable. I had to wait over 20 minutes for her to figure out how to check me in and I had a broken ankle standing there. She also told my relative my room was upstairs when my room began with a one. And she couldn’t tell me how much the hold would be on my card. These are regular hotel operations and if you don’t know how to do these items you should not be running the front desk by yourself.
