An amazing experience!!!!!
Pros:

I went with 41 other friends from my church for four days from January 21st through the 22nd. This hotel was perfect for us. They served us a great buffet breakfast every morning. Everything was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the beds were absolutely wonderful. I don't think I've ever slept between sheets that were so soft and white. I lost my phone on the last morning, and Ms. Pat Stockford, Director of Sales, helped us look for it and told me that if they found it, they would mail it to me. The room attendant found it not long after we left, and Ms. Stockford called my friend and told me she was bringing it to where we had stopped. She made a point of driving to where we were to deliver it to me. She did not have to do that, and assured me it wasn't far. What kind of company does that? I wanted to cry....it was so greatly appreciated.

HOTEL staff goes beyond to help the customers
Pros:

When I arrived at the hotel, I found one of my bags was missing and had to go to the store for clothing and medicine. It was not their responsibility to help me, but they supplied a driver and car and within an hour I had clothing and medicine and was able to continue by visit in Fort Myers. A friendliness of this staff goes way beyond most hotels that I’ve stayed at I will look forward to going back there again.

Very dissapointing.
Pros:

Some of the staff were friendly and trying their best.

Cons:

Room was dirty and tired. The sheets didn't fit the bed. The bathroom was dirty (hair on toilet bowl). The toilet was actually blocked and backing up. When it was finally unblocked by somebody, they left it filthy with excrement all over the bowl. This was never fixed. The TV was broken when I got there (although a very nice and friendly staff member fixed it). There were no cups for the coffee machine, and when I told the desk, they told me I could get them myself at the coffee stand in the lobby. Overall, this was very disappointing and not consistent with prior experiences at Hilton Garden Inns.

Hospitality Greatness
Pros:

Very nice entrance, very hospitable greetings, very clean rooms, excellent variety of breakfast food, nice restaurant with very good food assortment, TV's that worked great, comfortable areas to sit and visit with room quality air and professional guidance from hotel management and personnel.

This is a very nice place to stay for your money.
