Lovely clean hotel, really friendly staff, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Lovely hotel. I have visited this hotel many times and every time I visit I see positive changes. Some only small changes but makes the world of difference. The rooms feel fresher, the welcome on reception is always top tier. (Shoutout to Denise) Lovely little bar with food offerings and free parking, can’t complain

Need urgent upgrade to acoustic glazing to cut off all noise coming from busy motorway. Perhaps, patrons should not be paying for parking

Stayed for few nights with my dog, we were made to feel welcome by all staff. A thoroughly good time. We will return thanks to the warm welcome and highly recommend other dog walkers.

Denise and Siân are fantastic, a real credit to the company. The room was spotlessly clean so hats off to the housekeeping team

Selected a hotel with “parking” and “good breakfast” was cheap but there were others equally so. It’s attached to a garage, rear car park was a bit dodgy and poorly lit. On arrival we were asked to pay for parking, £5, and this was insisted upon before checking in. This is not at all clear when booking. The hotel has responded to previous reviews that it the information is enclosed further in facilities. However this is a clear attempt to hide this cost as it would deter guests, if it isn’t an issue LIST IT ON THE FRONT PAGE OF BOOKING. On a similar note,a “good breakfast” turned out to be a box containing a sm piece of flapjack, a pano chocolate and a bottle of water, not “good” by anybody’s definition, again, misleading. Bathroom wasn’t as good as my nan’s and grout was moldy, the bed was like a slab, between that and the noise of the vents located outside our room i barely slept a wink. Plus side staff were pleasant and manager refunded most of the breakfast box cost with no hassle. The group owning this hotel clearly know the issues but continue to hide them at the booking stage and ignore feedback as their is a constant stream of airport custom. Can’t bare dishonesty, Dissapointing +++

Brilliant hotel, all staff very helpful and friendly, local knowledge excellent.
Rooms very clean and tidy.
Excellent homemade pizza's and curries in reception, also great to have a bar.

Toby and Danielle are a brilliant duo on reception. So professional & provide the best experience! They never stop smiling. Whilst sat in reception, I heard another customer ask if he could leave a review as he was so happy with his stay! Amazing hotel with an amazing team!!

Very pleasant stay at Days Inn, given I was working at East Midlands

Friendly staff on check in, generous car park space, clean spacious room & bathroom and comfort and quiet in abundance given its location.

Tip, book direct rather than through booking.com to take advantage of the free parking instead of paying £5 a night.

The breakfast was a cold box, definitely not worth the £5.95 charged

N/A We didn't require a breakfast on this stay. Our room was clean and comfortable as always and our request for a ground floor room was met as one of our party was unable to access stairs. Thankyou Days Inn for another relaxing stay 🙂

What an excellent reception and welcome I received off the receptionist Jude nothing was a trouble made my weeks stay in derby exceptional great for visiting derby fc and my weeks work in castle donnington highly recommend

Stayed here,had a great nights sleep. Sian was the receptionist and she was very polite and friendly .
I will definitely stay again when in this area.

Convenient near the airport (20 mins by car), check in was smooth, room was clean and good size and comfortable can’t complain for the price!

Hotel was clean but looked old, also you had to pay £5 for parking which i did not see anywhere on the booking. But staff were nice
