Honestly... I couldn't say a bad thing about this place. I've stayed here a few times before and it's always been a good experience.
Wasn’t clean. Anywhere. There was someone and her dog laying in the lobby area. Not sure why they were there. There was no hand towel. No hair dryer. Hair in the tub and sink. I almost just left and went somewhere else. But had already paid. And seriously didn’t feel safe leaving my room.

The place was dirty, none of the lamps worked, the hallways had an awful smell & it wasn't what was advertised. I will never recommend this place!
Absolutely nothing
I waited for 40 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Walked up and down the hall multiple times looking for someone. Finally a house keeper came off the elevator and called someone who came out of a room on the first floor. Finally got into the room and it smelled terrible. Didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the bed much less sleeping there. The carpet was so dirty that it appeared gummy. There was a pubic hair in the sink. There was blood spattered across the ceiling above the recliner that looked as if someone may have shot themselves there. Didn’t stay. Asked for a refund and left.
It was clean and comfortable. But there was not a drop of coffee in the place and no coffee pot in the room. That's no good for me

Pricing can be a bit high for this area. You’re not in Fayetteville you’re in Springdale.
Close to freeway
Room had floor cleaned and chemicals burned my feet. Found roach in morning on countertop.
This property is so disgusting. I didn’t even bother sleeping there because the room smelled like dead bodies.
There is nothing good about this property. It needs to be shut down. It’s filthy.

The bed was hard and I could feel the springs , there was left over stuff in the fridge from the last guest.
