Love it will be coming back
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming assuring us and making sure everything was going well recommend 10/10 restaurants was excellent as well !

Cons:

The pool and restaurant and the rooms were very spacious

Where's my refund?
Pros:

The service at the hotel was fine.

Cons:

I didn't like booking through booking.com I was initially charged $100 more for a room and successfully did a price match with agent Yvan. He instructed me to call back after my stay to receive a $78 dollar refund. When I called yesterday to speak with "Kelly" I was put on hold for an hour and she disconnected the call. I have yet to receive my discount. I think it's safe to say, I won't be using your services again nor will I recommend them.

Pros:

Clean rooms and property. Front desk lady is soooo nice! Remember her from another stay and she is consistently friendly and makes check in a breeze. Terrible neighborhood but security roams parking lot and never had any issues. The service here makes it worth it.

Won’t stay there again. Paid far too much for what I got.
Pros:

Easy access off the freeway. The smash burgers were great at the cafe.

Cons:

Old motel vibes. Rebranded for holiday inn, but the rooms smelled like bad air fresheners. The bathroom was in poor condition, with the shower handle falling off as soon as I turned on the water. Rust and mold behind the faucet was visible. Soaps and towels were very cheap and seemed low-budget. Facilities were all pretty worn out and old.
