Première fois que je retourne à la Cour des Loges depuis son entire rénovation. Quelle merveille. Les chambres sont magnifiques, le service attentionné, rapide et professionnel, la nourriture succulente, tant aux Loges qu’au Comptoir. Petit déjeuner somptueux, produits frais et bio, très large choix. Et l’emplacement est parfait. Rien à redire. Nous reviendrons !
Good location, beautifully designed room, excellent staff, everything was very clean. Cosy wooden floors. We appreciated the coffee and tea supplies in the room. Great cocktails at the bar.
Impossible to open the windows so there is no fresh air in the room and it’s hard to sleep. We booked the hotel for the spa facilities only to find out upon arrival that the hammam was actually closed for maintenance.

Can’t open bedroom window, even just a little to let fresh air in. After a couple of showers, the roof gets a bit humid. Safe is in the cupboard but effectively on the floor requiring user to be on all fours to operate.
Hôtel magnifique offrant un emplacement exceptionnel. Le personnel est très sympathique et au petit soin. Un petit buffet de gâteaux et autres ainsi que des boissons sont à disposition à l'accueil ; ce qui est fort appréciable après un voyage. Chambre très belle, bien équipée, avec literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent, proposant beaucoup de choix avec des produits de qualité, le tout dans un lieu magnifique. Nous venons régulièrement à Lyon et il est certain que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.
Petit point à améliorer : l'agencement du bureau d'accueil. Nous étions assis plus bas que la personne qui nous a accueillis, éloignés par un grand bureau qui ne permettait pas de transmettre une pièce d'identité, et cachés par un grand écran d'ordinateur.

L’établissement est vraiment beau.
Je n’ai pas apprécié ma chambre. Aucune possibilité d’ouvrir une fenêtre car condamnée, on avait une odeur de renfermé en entrant. Si claustrophobe demandez une autre chambre. La chambre donnait sur le patio fermé de l’hôtel. Lumière allumée toute la nuit!
