Lovely historical building in the old part of Lyon
Pros:

Excellent location and what a beautiful interior. The staff were all very attentive. The spa was a bonus as it was a very hot few days. Would definitely stay there again.

Personnel accueillant et établissement t très bien placé

Cons:

La chambre était sombre , nous avons été obligé d allumer la lumière en pleine journée, vu le prix de la chambre c est de mon point de vue pas acceptable

Fantastic location.

Cons:

Lack of information about suddenly locking the entré door certain hours due to security reasons. A hotel of this level should have security personal on site 24/7 in my opinion.
