Heritage looks and comfortable stay .... Great location
Some rooms were very small
My room didn't have natural light, which I really enjoy. My first stay had natural light but I appreciate that not every room can so I am also understanding however next time I book, which I definitely will and maybe for the 21st March!, I may inquire about availabilty with natural light, the big windows.
the style
Very central and close to everything. Fantastic staff who friendly and eager to assist with any queries.
No bin in the bedroom/kitchenette area. Nowhere to place your suitcase as room was quite small.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a historic building and has a special flair. The room was spacious and outstanding. The location in the heart of Sydney is perfect for sightseeing and close to many attractions and public transport.
After a lengthy flight delay we checked in at midnight exhausted. Staff were lovely and had our room ready for us.
Very comfy beds and clean room.
Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
Location was perfect for access to transport, shopping, coffee and only a 15min walk to Circular Quay and the Opera house
Will definitely stay here again.
A little more variety in the mini bar would be good, but not essential.
Good location
Very close to the centre city but on a quiet street, easy walking distance from everything. Has a beautiful atmosphere. Comfortable bedding and amenities. With lovely staff.
Location, free ipgrade to viscount suite. Lovely staff
It's not much, but furnishinhs a little dated, no in-room hotel information except on tv.
Call me old-fashioned, but....
The location was great for getting around the city.
Our air conditioning failed on our second day which made for quite the stuffy room.
Location
Excellent location, close to sights, shopping and parks. Nice to have a restaurant with food and drinks in the hotel. Contiental breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly.
We didn’t have a window and they were testing the emergency loudspeaker system but we were not given warning.
